Don't go here. These girls who work here are lazy. I came to exchange my cousins cellphone he bought 3 days ago because it was malfunctioning. I know you have 7 days to exchange it. First girl didn't even really help and tried to tell us to go to the website. We called customer service and they said she's wrong and to go and she would speak on our behave. Then the girl at the store said it was a misunderstanding and we had to wait for her manager to come back from lunch. When we came back then they said it had to be the actual person who bought it with their id even though I had the receipt and the cell and everything included. Wasted my time. Would never go there again.

Very helpful staff. Friendly greeting when you walk through the door. I needed to change out my phone with another one and the sales person was able to help me get it done quickly and get my information sent from old phone to new one without any issues.

They continue to trash Exeter with flyers and business cards on vehicles on roadways as well as coming up to private residences and leaving their advertisements on private vehicles and land. They are canvasing our neighborhoods and even tried to hand me a flyer through my vehicle window once while i was parked on the street. It's a nuisance.****Let me add in response to the reply from "owner": I sent the written letter directly to the Exeter CA privately owned office and they did not respond to me nor stop tresspassing.Cricket needs to follow state laws EVERYWHERE...Privately owned or not. Your company doesn't need a no soliciting list for our residents. ITS ILLEGAL AT EACH AND EVERY RESIDENCE WITHOUT THEIR PERMISSION. What you need is a list with permissions to solicit so that you're within the laws.
