2 star only because the tellers where epic! There was 2 tellers on a Friday afternoon with 3 bankers just sitting there. The manager was rude to someone whom was voicing there complaint about the wait. She wasn't that rude until he had an attitude towards her. I get that the other bankers are not allowed to handle money but 3 bankers 2 tellers is not how you create a good customer service record. Almost gave it a one star due to the managers attitude.

Wells Fargo Bank is the worst bank. I would urge everyone who has an account there to close it and go to another bank. The staff is rude, unhelpful and unknowledgeable.

Terrance Ness at the Eureka,CA branch was incredibly professional, consistent, and knowledgeable. He helped me solve a banking issue that I have been struggling to have resolved for a while. Banking can feel very impersonal at times these days, and Terrance has made me feel like a valued customer and given me the personal care that is rare sometimes in the modern business world. Wells Fargo is lucky to have you on their team. Mike the branch manager in Eureka also took the time to speak with me on the phone and help me. Thanks guys ?

The clerks were nice but the line was super long, and every employee busy except the older gray haird worker who just sat discussing world economics with another elder...while watching us all in line waiting for just two clerks. Must be nice to be privileged enough to just watch every one else work hard.

I’ve had my bank account for over six years good standings and everything. Got a notice in the mail stating that they were going to cancel my rent transfer to my landlord after six years for no reason and my rent is due today. Now I can’t go to my local bank and set it up again due to the pandemic. I’m physically disabled and can’t leave my home and I’m also immune compromised. The bank workers are fully aware of my situation. The fact that they can just change things to my bank account without my permission is messed up. I’m definitely changing banks.

Horrible branch and bank. Whoever the gentleman was that opened a checking account for me, failed to communicate the specific details and rules of opening a checking account. When asked specific questions, I was told inaccurate and false answers. From calling customer service and asking them the questions, I learned how dishonest and how much information was left out (that was important to know before becoming an account holder.) Seems like their main goal is to increase the number of money and account holders they have. And not acknowledge customer service or questions. Very disgusted with this branch and overall Wells Fargo itself.
