Wells Fargo Bank is the worst bank. I would urge everyone who has an account there to close it and go to another bank. The staff is rude, unhelpful and unknowledgeable.

Arguably the most busy bank in the county. Ran by more than capable management, this branch employees people who really care about their customers. They possess a customer acumen that is impeccable and surprising in this county. They go above and beyond and are always personable and kind and fun! The people that work here make this bank not the institution! Super helpful and friendly. They will go above and beyond to try and help you. The one thing that is annoying is their drive thru atm is most always malfunctioning and either doesn't work at all or isnt taking deposits. The location is scummy lots of druggies/homeless waiting outside that have psych issues and the just let them hang out I didn't want to get out of my car to make a deposit it felt unsafe :/ Despite those setbacks I've never had any trouble with Wells Fargo they want to keep you happy and as a customer!

I was in the process of buying a house and was having issues with the first mortgage agent I was using due to lots of delays. Went to Matthew at the Eureka Branch here for a mortgage and Matthew worked quickly and was able to process everything in two weeks to meet the escrow date. My initial mortgage agent was able to resolve their issue and had a lower rate, so I closed with them. But I was still impressed at the speed Matthew and Deana worked, and the effort they put in to help. Even though I did not close with Wells Fargo, I was glad I reached out to them as it helped ease the process immensely knowing I had a back up plan. Thank you for all your hard work, and the time you put into your job!

This bank is so backass backward.. I came in requesting a medallion signature on paperwork previously signed with a different account number and they refused to do it - even with documnentation... It amazes me these signatures assess required yet the people who are supposed to do them have no clue what is required.. I will never again bank with Wells Fargo. Third time is a charm...
