for some reason they cant send a refill request to your dr on time, it takes 30min or more just to pick up simple medications that they always have available. IF YOU USE THIS PHARMACY SWITCH.

Their pharmacy is the worst! Here I sit on hold, phone just ringing for 35 MINUTES. Not a single staff member has acknowledge me. The phone gets picked up and put back on hold. I'm changing to CVS

I take 2 common meds for blood pressure, one we found needs to be a specific manufacture to keep away from certain side effects, after a couple of pickups where even though we have it noted on the chart, they said it was too difficult and were no longer interested in providing any meds for us if they had to keep track of anything specific like that. I worry for other people that arn't able to keep track for themselves. isn't providing the correct meds part of their job

Hateful pharmacy staff. They couldn't even manage a scheduled flu vaccine. All my information was put in wrong as in using another customers information. I was concerned they wouldn't be competent enough to give the right vaccine I came in for. I left without the vaccine and went to CVS in Target, much better experience.

I really wish there was a zero star. If you need your prescription filled. Please, please avoid this pharmacy. I cannot fully speak for the rest of the store; however, the pharmacy department is the worst thing to ever deal with. They continuously mess everything up. They have caused me to go weeks and days at a time without my medication. I've been on The phone all day with nurses at my doctor's office between them giving me my prescriptions. Along with the RN personally calling them. They lied about us giving them the wrong names. My doctor's office is feed up with them as well and once they decided to properly communicate with the RN they start sending me notifications claiming insurance issues and not being able to do anything. Im so disgusted with these people working here. Not to mention if you go in side you get a free show to them fighting and yelling at each other. I've been on hold for an hour just to talk to the person in charge. This is just cannot. It's ridiculous and to the point you want to actually go show your a$$.

The pharmacist who was working 07/20/2023 has zero understanding in customer service. Made me and another person wait for 30 min while she was chatting up with “corporate”. No respect for people and their time.

Pharmacy hangs up on you. Says to wait while checking, gossips in background and hangs up phone. Don't use this management team. Bad phone service.

On hold for a half an hour and still didn't get through. I'm pretty positive I heard them repeatedly pick up and put me back on hold. What a way to spend an early lunch break.

Do not use this pharmacy if you actually need your medication. They close unexpectedly way more than a business that helps keep people alive should. When they are open they will take days to fill something.
