Multiple issues over the last few years, ranging from long wait times both inside, outside at drive through, and wait time for prescriptions to be filled in general. We have also had medication given in the wrong doses, the staff caught it as they were ringing it up. Staff has been friendly for the most part, lack of staffing issues I can only assume are to blame for the extremely long wait times. Most recently a RX was sent electronically from my daughters Dr for an ear infection, it was acknowledged/accepted at 10:45am. I called at 2:00pm to check the status, thought maybe I could pick it up while doing school pickup. Told check back in one hour. I waited until 7:15pm the next time I was in the area, I waited in line until 8:00pm to be told it’s not ready yet, and to come back in 20 minutes. Finally at 8:30pm it was ready, luckily this time there was only one person ahead of me in line. Years ago, they were on top of it, things would be ready in a timely manner. I loved the drive through option, because as a Mom with young kids, it’s so much easier, however waiting 45 min or more in line when there are only 4-5 cars ahead of you is ridiculous. I’m not one to usually post bad reviews, but I feel this is important for some folks, especially those who might be in pain and not able to sit/stand for long periods of time, or for time sensitive antibiotics.

Wait times are too long. Phone/in person/drive-up all too long of wait to just be turned away because prescriptions are still not ready. Very scary to live in our county because medications are a priority but you can't find a good pharmacy. Staff look run down, overworked, short staffed, and one staff member looked very sounded mad and looked very mean. It's intimidating to go to the pharmacy. Not enough seating for the long wait times.

Got tired of how slow the pharmacy was so I put in for a prescription transfer to another pharmacy. It has been almost a month and the other pharmacy has faxed them twice, with the poor girl now saying she's going to call them to see if she can't solve it that way. I haven't had this prescription in OVER A MONTH now. Thank God it's not something I'd die without. What the hell. Not to mention they NEVER answer the phone, and the once or twice they have, it has been because they hung up.

Awful service. No help no kindness, just rude and an attitude of "Go away"

My wife and I have had our Prescriptions filled at Walgreens for a number of years, mainly because our Part D insurance required that we use Walgreens. But that all changed when our insurance company changed. At first we just stuck with Walgreens, but then their parent company, Walgreens Bootstrap, caved in to Republican lawyers and decided they would cease to fill prescriptions for abortion drugs to women in 22 US states. We wrote a notorised letter to the store and pharmacy managers, telling them that because of their parent companies policies, we would no longer do business with them. That was in April. Since then, Walgreens has repeatedly attempted to fill our prescriptions and billed our insurance. This results in our ordering prescriptions at our new pharmacy, having them be told by insurance that they were already filled, the new pharmacy then having to call Walgreens to have them reversed, and, yada, yada, yada. I followed recently with a post to Walgreens Facebook wall, a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, and now, Yelp. Don't do business with Walgreens. They have no respect for your wishes.

The absolute slowest place to get prescription. Even if line is short. Normal wait time in drive thru can be hour and half, if their stuff is not ready send them around again so the ones that are ready can just get through. And if you have to wait 48-72 hours to fill a prescription that is a bit out of hand especially if it is something that doctor wants you to have right away, (antibiotics, heart meds, blood pressure meds.) It's not just every once in awhile its everytime.

Don't send your prescriptions here. Went to urgent care and then waited for an hour and went to see if it was done. The guy told me it wasn't in their system yet and maybe they will get to it in a day or two

Prices here are 10 times what they are are at Walmart. Techs are very unhelpful and rude. They don’t seem to care about the well being of their customers. I had a heart medication delayed for days.

Absolute worst pharmacy. No matter how many days you call in advance to order your prescription they tell you it's ready, you go to pick it up and they say they have nothing. They ask you to wait 30 minutes because you insist that you called it in and got a callback once you wait that 30 minutes they say there's no pharmacist to fill this prescription. and their line of three people to pick up your prescription takes upwards of an hour.

Pharmacy is under staffed. Even routine refills taking several extra days and you are bound to wait 20 minutes for your prescription upon arrival. No separate line for vaccinations, if you get behind someone filling out vaccine paperwork you could wait longer. Recently cut hours so its even harder to get your medication.

The worst pharmacy I've ever experienced. It took them 4 days to fill a prescription that was called in by my Dr. Inexcusably bad service. I'm switching pharmacy to literally anyone but them.

Love this Walgreens location! BE VERY CAREFUL with the Heavy set Blonde Lady that works nights...she likes to steal your change and act like nothing happened.
