I was super surprised by how calm and low pressure the sales pitch was. I'm currently a uscellular customer but after witnessing the Verizon team in action I'm definitely thinking about switching

Joe the Store Manager was very helpful and accommodating when I arrived without an appointment to check on an online promotion. He went out of his way to assist me with my purchase and I was able to leave with my new phone which I "picked up" at the store. It was a good experience!
