This shop is so cute! I bought a fun skirt last year on sale so when we were back in town this past weekend I wanted to return. My boyfriend picked out several things for his daughter for Christmas this year. We liked that they had a nice selection of perfumes, candles, jewelry, in addition to their stylish clothes. The people who work there are very helpful and on top of taking care of you.

Wow, one of a kind. I have not seen a store like this short of the Bay Area! I get some massage supplies from here, but I have also gotten several gifts for my wife and friends. Quality brands, a great selection and fantastic customer service! Keep up the good work!!!

I have never actually been in the store, but my girlfriend and I are located in Texas and were shopping for a banquet this coming weekend. We found a beautiful dress at a boutique in town but it was way out of our price range. I was lucky enough to look online and see Timber was selling the exact same dress for less than half the price! We only had a couple days before the banquet so I called to see if I could get express shipping. I spoke with Christy and she was so kind and helpful! The dress got here just in time and is exactly what we wanted! Thank you guys!!❤️❤️

We love shopping at local boutiques when traveling. This one offered a large variety of trendy and some classic clothing, and all the girls were super friendly and helpful. My daughter immediately showed off her two dresses.

Worst customer service!!Beware of ordering on line they advertise items not available. Ask for more money after paying the total, then refund you a week later.

I came in looking for a dress for a family reunion. The ladies were sweet offered to help but I didn't quite find anything in my price range. My issue though comes from over hearing one of the sales girls talk about "starving herself." Honestly it made me sick to my stomach. One of the girls was telling her it wasn't healthy however; I felt it was tasteless and sad. Cute store, I won't be back.

I should have written this review earlier so that I could ensure I got the correct name of the salesclerk who assisted me. Chrissy? Christy? The person who assisted basically chose my entire outfit which consisted of a dress, shoes, and a belt. From the moment I entered the store, this very nice person was so eager to help me and checked on me constantly to find out what worked, what didn't, and further assist me from there. I felt like I had my own personal shopping assistant, really. The outfit she picked out for me was perfect and I was so grateful to have the asistance of someone with an eye for fashion. Thank you for the great experience! I look forward to returning in the near future.

Out all of the shops in Arcata and Old Town that I went to yesterday looking for a dress to wear to a special dinner with my partner, Timber had the best selection!! Their sales floor is tastefully stocked with high quality brands in a way that is really elegant and has that perfect balance of not being over stocked but still having enough selection to ensure I found a dress that fit great and I felt beautiful in! The sales associate was also really friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Next time I'll definitely save myself all the running around and just head to Timber first!

This place is THE BEST!!! Best CBD bath bombs in Humboldt ( and I have shopped around). The clothing is all super well made and beautiful. Not to mention the customer service is outstanding! The girls up front are always helpful and friendly and the owner has gone out her way to help me, even on her off time. To me it doesn't get much better! Shop local! Shop Blue Ox!
