416 2nd St, Eureka“This store has a well-organized selection of books, clothing, and Christmas (seasonal) items. I do really recommend if you're looking for a book they're very well organized by author and fiction/non-fiction. The people who work there were very nice and helped us with our order. I'm going to say this shop is very expensive for a thrift store. We used to come here about 10-15 years ago and everything much more reasonable for the time. Now I found a summer dress I liked for $28. Also, if you have any sort of cat allergies there seemed to be something in the air as my friends eyes were burning ever since she went into the store.”
“Across the street from Arcata Square. Quaint little place located in the heart of Arcata. There are two or three other thrift stores within walking distance. All with their own distinct style and charm. Check it out if you're into thrifting.
Definitely worth a look ☮️”

2737 F St, Eureka“Good selection of books, movies, and music. It was hard to tell how much anything was. Prices were not clearly marked but the pricing was good.1 dress, 3 dvds, 2 cassettes, and 2 hard cover books for $18.50”
“They always have a variety of merchandise. They try to keep it organized & tidy. Their jewelry display has room for improvement. This thrift store has a constant flow of new merchandise & put new items out all day long.
The staff is friendly & helpful. There are no dressing rooms. Electronic items are always tested if possible & are marked as such. You never know what your going to stumble across in this store.
For the most part, prices are reasonable. For being used, I think their clothing prices are on the higher side. They don't price clothing individually. Long sleeve shirts are all the same price, sweaters are all the same price, etc... Sometimes I think the people pricing are not that knowledgeable about vintage, old, collectibles items & don't always take condition of an item into consideration when they are pricing.
Visiting the Rescue Mission Thrift Store is always an adventure. I rarely walk out empty handed.”
“Stephanie at the front desk is the sweetest. They have some amazing and rare items, there's something or a vintage collector of any decade. Even to the 19th century!”
