The Detail Doctor is a local family owned business that went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle. David started from the ground up, as he began detailing cars at a very young age and into his adulthood. During our conversation, I learned that he produces his very own cleaning products for his business, working with sources across the United States to have the best products possible to his customers. David is knowledgable, personable and passionate about his work, as it keeps him young, he says. Supporting him and his family is the best choice if you want your car detailed in the Eureka/ Arcata area. He had great communication through my entire exchange. Not only were his prices the most reasonable, but the results were beautiful. Two weeks later and my car still looks good as new. Had a detail scheduled and heard absolutely nothing about it. Had planned on a mobile detail, but misunderstanding on both of our parts and they never got my address, and then completely went no-contact after calls and texts when I reached out on our scheduled appointment day and time. Super disappointing and absolutely unprofessional!

David is awesome. So talented and kind, felt like I and my car were treated like family. My car had BAD Mold all over interior building up for weeks, Detail Doctor cleaned/sanitized it all in one day. So grateful!

Never before have I been treated with such courtesy and respect as I have with David. I had a mild mold problem and he was transparent with how he was going to treat the car. He was very welcoming and invited me to see how exactly he planned to clean up my car. I appreciated how enthusiastic he was about helping me out, and I also got to see just how much he loves working on cars. The entire time I was there he had a smile on his face and enthusiasm of someone loving the work they do. Of course when he was done, my car looked completely unrecognizable. Driving it home, it smelled just like the day I picked it up from the dealership. I was surprised that the new car smell can come back! What I thought would be a headache and a long process to clean out mold turned out to be the highlight of my day. I went to the detail doctor as a customer and left as a friend. You really can’t get customer service like this anywhere else. 10/10. This is my go to for me from now on , David has set the bar high!

My car was covered with with dog hair and hadn't done much with the interior since I purchased the car.he did a wonderful job. My car interior looks like new. and it smells like new too. I would recommend him to anyone.

They did a truly excellent job with my vehicle! Communication was easy and friendly and the car was done and ready to go when they said it would be. The car looks absolutely brand new- it smells amazing and looks like the day I bought it. I had never had a car detailed before and after reading reviews of places all over Humboldt I went with them and I am so glad I did- price was very reasonable and I feel like I have made an investment in my car. I can't recommend these lovely people enough. What a wonderful Christmas gift to myself!
