Thank you to the staff at Tetrault Tire Center! We ran over something coming into Eureka from Fortuna and our tire went blew out. We limped it in to the tire shop and they had us fixed up and back on the road in under 20 minutes! You saved the day!

Quarters before registering. The foam brush did not work. The coin slot also got stuck o. My 3rd quarter. Highly recommended using somewhere else unless you have money to blow...

Getting a flat tire while driving up the 101 is never a fun thing but these guys at Tetrault were phenomenal. Not only were they able to check my tire quickly but they showed me the damage and hooked me up with a great deal & got me back on the road very quickly. They were also welcoming, professional, kind and respectful, as were the other customers in the waiting area. All in all a very positive experience. I definitely recommend them.

This place is the epitome of customer service. On a cross-country RV trip, we experienced two flat tires on our motorhome. They ordered two of the same tires as what we had, but the delivery didn’t show up. They were able to get us a different tire and offered a great discount for the inconvenience, even though it was not their fault. They were quick to mount the tires on the rims so we could get back on the road. And for bonus points, they recommended a local diner for brunch that turned out to be delicious!

I went one day. They priced me at $300. Told me to come back the next morning when they opened. I went back at 8:00 the next morning and they priced me at $369 for the same product I went to Les Schwab

I don't know.. I asked how much is it for four tires and it came out to be $572. For my car .. I looked on Amazon and the same tires are $70 a piece.. crazy ..

Tetrault
They have great customer service but they didn’t install the balancing weights correctly when I got new tires. The weights rubbed on my caliper when the wheel rotated while driving - see pic. This is something they should have checked before releasing the car back to me. I think they rushed the job and forgot to do it. I had to come back to get them to fix it, and they admitted it was a mistake on their part. Make sure they don’t rush your tire job and skip quality control steps. Not sure I will be back.
