I went to staples to get ink for my cannon because I was having issues with my amazon payments. The cashier was super knowledgable on products and when I brought up the price on amazon he was able to match that price and utilize my Staples rewards. I was really impressed with his positive personality and his willingness to help. Thank you! My receipt says it was register two, cashier 2048748.

I ran out of printer ink in the middle of a job I was working on completing, so I went to Staples and found just the ink cartridge I was looking for. The staff were cordial and efficient.

Amy cashier, saw word manager in her name tag, helped me so much. She was very patient with someone like me who has some cognitive issues and speech challenges. She explained the new rewards program, set up the app and told me how to get the new rewards as I was on the reward system.
Then a gentleman helped me with TSA Pre. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

Just stopped here to print rental applications from my thumb drive. While I was finishing my print job I asked the employee running the department for a bag. He did better and got me a box I could hold in one hand for my half ream of paper! I appreciate this since I use a walking stick. Then I left my thumb drive behind and this kind person ran it out to me in the rain before I left. My thanks and I wish I could recommend him for bonus.

I needed to print something out quick for DMV stuff. The lady on the counter helped me out and i was out in no time. As for other equipment and pricing I don’t know.

Needed some 11x17 prints in a clutch moment on a Saturday and TJ was on point, juggling numerous customers and I still got out the door with flawless prints in like 10 minutes.

We had an old computer to recycle and I had a couple guys help us out with that. They gave us a coupon to use in store for that day. Although they had some computer issues, they all seemed to help each other out to resolve the issue. Very friendly staff, and they were funny too. All of them work off each other in a good way, very nice atmosphere.
