Love these folks. It had a storage unit here for years. Climate control and always fantastic. Friendly Kurt Service as well as never had an issue with any type of invasion of privacy Etc

I disagree with the previous review of 1 star. Sara I. The office has literally bent over backwards to get us in a unit. We needed a bigger unit but took the small one just to get our foot in the door. A larger one was available 4 days later. Even though it was a lot of paperwork on her pare she called us and offered the u it to us right away!! Both units were super clean. Sara is extremely thorough when going over what is expand when the payment is due. I experienced zero rudeness from Sara only extremely friendly and accommodating even whe. She was very busy.

I would definitely not recommend this storage rental place. My storage unit was left unlocked for over a week and the lock to close was bent. If I hadn't been called by the office I wouldn't have known. Also, the office manager wasn't very nice in how she spoke to me.

The staff are very nice. My only issue is the payment method. The office closes before I'm off work and 9 out of 10 times I call to pay, the phone line is busy or no one answers the phone. Wish I could just pay online like most places.
