They are no longer at this location. I was very excited to check them out. I hope they still exist somewhere else.

My father passed away and I needed an urn to send his ashes out in. They made me a one of a kind piece, listened to what I wanted, and they put their artistic touches on it. It's absolutely beautiful and I'm completely happy. They are absolutely great at costumer service and were so helpful especially during this trying time for me. The piece is gorgeous and they are very talented.

DO NOT COMMISSION ART HERE!!!!!! If you do, ask to see it before you give them any money! When we walked in there we should have seen the RED FLAGS because a gentleman commissioned their glass blowing for a simple half spire hallway light cover. We caught the part where the glass blower showed the customer his multiple attempts & told him that he couldn’t do it, and it was just too hard…. We should have walked out right then!My husband showed the other individual a photo of what he needed and she said very confidently that she could do that. We received a very confused looking version of this character in the mail a couple weeks after the date she said we would receive it. She hadn’t even begun to work on it when we called a couple days after it was supposed to arrive in the mail.Because this was a gift and we felt embarrassed to give it to our friend, We returned the item and they charged us a large restocking fee for an item that was not even on the shelf in the first place. Plus of course the $25 it cost to send it back. We ended up paying about $75 for a veryyy frustrating experience and no item. VERY DISAPPOINTED & dissatisfied with the work, honestly & willingness to take care of their customers. Highly recommend you avoid this place!!!If they end up taking care of us after seeing this review, I will update!

I commissioned a piece of art for a buddies birthday present. When I presented the reference photo the individual was very confident they could produce this art. However, the end product looked nothing like the ref. pic provided. When I contacted them to notify them I was dissatisfied with the the final result and requested a refund I was charged a 25% restocking fee for something that was never in stock to begin...how does that make sense? I would say save your money and take it to a studio where they have a more realistic view of their talents and/or a more honest business practice. Pic included for your viewing pleasure!

Willo and Ember are truly artists in residence! We were just perusing Eureka and saw their shop. They let us check out their studio, sold us a beautiful blown glass lamp and pointed us to a new outdoor beach. They were warm and welcoming and their glass is beautiful!
