“Good prices and had what I needed. Typical Big 5. They cram a lot into their space. Their variety is surprising. Mid range brands and quality. I searched all over town for a swimsuit suitable for workout swimming. It's off season so no one had anything. I was able to get the suit, goggles etc... for a reasonable price.”
“Five stars for the staff here at Boot Barn. I stopped in here with my husband and we were shopping for a pair of boots and some clothes for family for Christmas. The staff was very proactive to ask us about our needs and immediately matched my husband to a pair of boots that are probably the most comfortable he has tried in years. Quite a feat! On top of that, not being familiar with the stores in the area, and trying to find some jeans for my son-in-law... I was quickly directed to a huge selection of sizes and brands that fit the bill. The selection of men's carhart clothes were a plus too and even grabbed a few things for myself. My granddaughter being a western west fanatic, would absolutely love the selection of women's clothes so we will definitely be returning. “Fun place to pop in occasionally and see if you can find a treasure. This is a busy store at the mall and there is a large selection of home goods, clothing, luggage, pet supplies lots of misc goodies. I have found a few good things through the years.”
“If you go a week past the 2 month limit and have a sole separate from a pair of shoes, then be prepared to get sent on your way with no offer to maybe give you a discount on another pair. Then by all means keep shopping there. But I won't be back. And I was a long time customer. Since I wrote my grumpy review, Famous Footwear has reached out to me to try and make things better. I'm working on getting this resolved and they get 4 stars for customer service and the one star took away for the strict computer not budging.”

“The gentleman is so good at what he does. I had a pair of dansko boots that are expensive. The whole boot looked almost new but the heals were worn out and I was going to have to replace them! He put a new heal on and they are like new. I'm going to get another year or 2 out of these. And the cost for his work is very reasonable! So I took him a pair of heals after and I'm excited to get those back.
What a gem!”
