Cashier made a mistake and almost charged me twice for my purchase. I pulled up my bank account and showed them the posted purchase from Ross. They refused to give me my items and told me to dispute it with my bank. My bank canceled the purchase and I left without my items. The cashier seemed nice but needed more training. The store manager was rude, unprofessional, and had no customer service. This was frustrating and embarrassing and I will never give this store my business.

Upon my entrance nobody bothered me with endless questions about what I'm there for, that was nice.I noticed right off the bat a few smiles of employees who seemed friendly& approachable.I felt a lil ignored when I had to say "Excuse Me" 3 times at the fitting rooms by a worker who was wearing her Bluetooth in her ear, having a conversation with whoever was on the other end of the line, while she glared at someone behind me, but I didn't take it personal cause she switched back into her customer service face, as soon as she noticed me...Now that's skill.Oh...& The guy who rang me up with the 1 dangle earring in his left ear treated me with patience, kindness & didn't make me feel weird when he rang up my new underwear :)

It was packed full of people and they had one checker! It was ridiculous,I felt bad for the poor girl checking! She was a young gal maybe 18 doing her best moving as fast as she could...They didn't have anything for anyone needing a 3x tshirt or anything else!!
