I called and we discussed 2-front windows and windshield visor. He told me it would take 1.5 hours. I showed for my appointment and he told me he could only do the visor if we had time. I was confused because it was discussed and I figured he'd make time for it in the appointment. But then he didn't do it. When I went to check out he told me he only had me down for two windows. I told him we definitely discussed it and he wasn't even willing to push a half hour into his next appointment to help me while I'm still here even though I'm from out of town. Not the best customer service.I'm bummed to be leaving with the job not completely done and now I have to make another appointment. He offered for me to come back in the middle of the day, 5 hours later. Unfortunately, i have my day booked. BummerUpdate: They called me and offered to do the visor for free since the next customer was willing to push their appointment back.

Chewy tinted the back and side windows of my car recently. When I picked it up, he pointed out that something was loose in my passenger side door. I had never heard the noise before, and assumed it happened during the installation. He was pretty sure his installation couldn't have affected that part of my car. I told him I wasn't going to hold him accountable, but he offered to spend the extra time to figure out the issue for me. I brought my car back the following Saturday, and he took my door apart and fixed the issue. He's a stand up dude, and he did a great job on my tint.Service: Vehicle window tinting
