The facilities are always clean. Access is easy with a large lift and stairs for second floor units. I really appreciate that there is a cart in the lift to help with transferring items. Staff have been helpful in answering questions and respond to emails quickly. I have total confidence that my belongings are safe on site. The gatecode system is simple to navigate. 10/10 would recommend.

In a pinch they are convenient and Alyssa is nice, but that's all rainbow has going for it. Anything else someone were to ask me about rainbow my answer would be respectfully unapologetically negative.

I've had a great experience with Rainbow Storage. They send any late notices/ reminders as they state in the contract, in a timely fashion. Emails and mailed letters. Alyssa the manager at the Central Ave location in McKinleyville is wonderful.

We have been very happy with the rainbow storage set up for our fifth wheel, except they need gravel during the winter time as it gets wet and muddy.
