The man in the fish department went above and beyond in helping me find a new pet, explained and quieted all my concerns as well as solving the existing problems I had with my tank at home.

It was like it usually is very clean. Very easy to go find my product customer service top notch and I love how they helped me out to my car with the bags of food.
