Service team are always friendly and knowledgeable. They helped coordinate with this meeting a sales rep to talk about buying a new car rather than fixing our 24-year-old vehicle. I like the no-pressure-listen-to-the-customer approach that they use.

Sage was very supportive throughout the whole process. He was honest, which I find rare, and was straightforward about everything. The dealership was clean and well laid out, everyone was super friendly and Sage took the time to show me around and introduce me to the people in the service department. It was the best new car buying experience.

My husband and I recently purchased a new Subaru from McCrea Subaru in Eureka. Sage Higginson let us look at cars on both the Subaru and Nissan lots and helped us in making our final decision of a new Forester. He was patient and answered all our many questions. He was not overly attentive and allowed us the time to come to the decision that would be best for our family. If you are in Humboldt and want to purchase a car in your home county, I highly recommend Sage as a "stellar seller", who is very easy to work with!
