Awful customer service, they will charge you but won't provide insurance or know how to get it. Don't waste your time here, the man working named Dax is extremely unprofessional and will share your confidential information with others, he will take your money and not get you what you need, he is hostile and rude.

We were long time SF customers but when trying to resolve some billing errors the agent and staff were rude and not helpful. We switched carriers and have been quite happy.

Very helpful staff. I called to simply add renters insurance and one of the employees went through my entire policy looking for ways to save me money and parts of my policy that could be changed save me a lot of hassle for little to no change to my premium. I continue to use this office as my agent even though I no longer live in the area. Fantastic service.

This is the worst statefarm office I've ever been to. There has been maybe one assistant who has ever helped my situation (thanks to Erin! You're rad). Mary never checks emails or ever answers the phone. I've called and emailed multiple times about a discount being added and still find myself having to go out of my way and drive to the office to get this done. It should have never been removed from my account in the first place. I switched vehicles and bought an older car, to which Mary stated would be cheaper for my monthly payment. After putting down the completely wrong VIN number for my car and forcing me to come back to this dreadful place yet again, here I am paying almost $80 MORE a month for this policy that hardly covers anything ? There have been no changes in my driving record or anything to cause this. I will be switching agents soon or completely switching from statefarm to AAA, as they now have cheaper prices than what I am paying here. Highly do not reccomend. No care for customers at all.

I switched to Mary's office from another office where I wasn't happy with the service. Since the office switch i couldn't be happier, her and her staff are amazing. I highly suggest using her office. Plus she has plenty of parking. Her staff also offered me water or coffee which I had never experiance in a state farm office.
