“Friendly service and great job cleaning using their eco-friendly process. I dropped off two wool coats, two wool shirts, and two Pendleton blankets, all valued items that I couldn't clean myself because of the material. Norman's took good care of them and had them ready the following week. All freshened up and ready for years more service.”

“This is a pretty nice launderette, however there was white female with an Hispanic companion lurking around my dryer's, and unfortunately they were successful in catching me off guard and stole atleast one item ( a brand-new sweatshirt I bought for my boyfriend and i wore one time) out of the dryer. I didn't realize it was gone until I got home and folded everything..I was pretty upset seeing as it was brand new and I paid $70 for it and my SO never even got to See it.Other than this incident, I really like using this laundromat for my laundry. The staff is friendly and helpful. And we're also upset to learn of what happened. and they promise to be on the lookout for this thieving pair of tweekers.”

“Not an expert on laundromats, but this one is clean, nice and not too busy. My only concern is the change machine, it has been out-of-service on several occasions. Without change for the machines can't do my laundry and it makes me sad.”

“This used to be that only laundromat I ever used. They offer free drying and free Wi-Fi which is awesome. Plus they also got all new dryers. But, they have also jacked up the prices on the washers astronomically high. I think it's like $15.50 for the second to largest washers. I used to look past the sketchiness of this place because I figured that was a good trade for the fact that they were open until super late-I swear they were open till midnight a while back, but now that they close early like every other place, I feel like I'm going to find the same thing no matter which laundromat I decide to visit. The prices are all about the same everywhere and at other places, I don't have to worry about homeless people jacking my clothes when I turn my back. Sorry but this place kinda sux now.”
“The place is clean but it smells badly. It’s my 1st time here so it might not always smell so badly on a regular basis. There are some broken washers and dryers, and not much room to fold, sit or move carts. But the customers are nice and the washer gets it clean. Even more amazingly the clothes are dry the 1st time! Love this place.”
