Fantastic snack stop. If you're looking for some quick snacks to go, or a quick spice or two, this is the place. This isn't a big grocery store, but it's definitely a good quick stop market for bare essentials. The family that runs it is very professional, and runs the store much like a fast food restaurant (get in, get what you need, get out) so there's usually no line.

This is my go to Asian market in all of Humboldt. Super sweet family. They drive to the bay area every Friday to bring us fresh produce, noodles, even banh mi. Love their fresh produce! I haven't had fresh lychees for years, and these are sublime! I think they get produce from the Bay Area on Fridays, so Saturday is a good day to shop here. And they have tasty banh mi on Saturday, too! Their grocery selection is good, and the people there are really nice!

Poor customer greeting.Hardly have anything, But overall, it has fresh chilly peppers.Better and have more stuffs than the Hmong grocery stores here in Eureka.Expect to pay more for what you want or need, but oh, well, just pay because you won't find it elsewhere.

I'm going there right now for bahn mi, but I've been going for a couple of years just for the selection of fresh fruits and vegetables you can't find anywhere else in Humboldt County. Fresh-made rice noodles are also always on my list as is all the normal stuff like chili paste, fish sauce, cooking oil or really anything you need. I honestly cant say enough good things about this market!! They need a bigger space but they make it work, very hard working family here. Five stars.

I moved up here from SoCal, where there is a huge Laotian Community. I miss my family and I miss home cooked meals. I was so happy to hear that they had a Lao store up here. I came in and almost bought the whole store. Lol They had almost everything I would find at my families back home. The owners are so sweet and i love how their thai chili's were fresh! The product's they sell are priced a little higher than usual, but it's worth buying because it's not like you shop there isn't any Asian Market's around here. I will be back!
