The store is just ok. One female staff member was very inappropriate with me and rude to my partner. Will not be returning for that reason alone.

Helpful staff on the floor to show you were an item is located, they cut the fabric or take your order at the cash register Does appear to be low staffed but with the amount of people coming in the store it is somewhat appropriate.

They have a wide selection and always in stock of what I need for upcoming projects. The people who work there will answer any questions I may have about their stock or my upcoming projects. Normally the store isn't too busy, although I have seen the fabric cutting line get backed up before. I'm not sure why this place has such bad reviews. It's a standard JOANNs in terms of cost (I do recommend getting the app for coupons) but I always have felt welcome and the store is nice and open.

I will never shop here again. Management is rude and I am appalled by her attitude. Joann's must not train their employees. Whatever stick what up her you know what, maybe train her to remove it before coming in for her shift. You work at joanns, get off your high horse.

CAROL is an excellent employee and wonderful with customer service. You need 10 more of her on staff! She was very helpful with the headliner for my car!
