Horrible experience. Took the joy out of buying a car.
Kurt the “internet manager” took forever to respond. I had to reach out to him multiple times and he was not able to give me a solid answer on pricing.
I flew into Eureka to check out the car, when I arrived Roman the sales associate took me on a test drive.
During our test drive Roman said he would compensate me for the price of my flight on the price of the car. He did not keep his word. Roman also stated there were 2 keys for the car. But they pulled a quick one on me. He switched the tag on a different key and handed me 1 correct key and 1 incorrect key for another vehicle.
Over paid for the car for the condition it was in. 1 accident, replaced windshield, missing key, dents in driver door.
Got snaked. Dishonest dealership, buy else where.

We had to purchase a new tow vehicle on our recent 2 month RV trip. We lucked out having Harper Motors as the closest dealer. They had what we needed at a fair price. Everyone we worked with was helpful, from Kurt our salesman, to the guys in service, as well as all the paperwork with Lawrence. A great dealership to work with. We lucked out.

Excellent customer service experience. I truly appreciated the valet service and the communication level from the service department as well as working with me to explain issue and resolution. Second visit for oil change and tire rotation a month later and I had the same level of excellence with service advisor Katie and the wonderful valet service.

They tell you your vehicle is ready for pick up and it’s still in pieces. Then you go buy parts for them to finish the job they only fix part of it and when you go to take it back they all of a sudden don’t take parts that are not for the dealership

My experience purchasing my new Ford Maverick pickup at Harper Ford made me feel confident that all of my expectations would be met. Both sales reps who helped me provided their full attention to my sale. All questions I had were addressed. I'm an elderly man and this little delightful truck may well be my last new vehicle so it's important to me not be visited by any worries. I'll be looking forward to maybe taking advantage of Ford's points program to help my acquire added hardware like floor mats, etc. My Maverick is so comfy to drive.. I love it. My hope is that it will endure and give me service for a long time. I will be sharing my experiences at Harper Ford with my friends and family. I've never liked buying cars from dealerships but things have changed for the better.

Had one of my fleet vehicles in for a service. KC had amazing customer service, she even offered pick up and drop off of my vehicle. They had my vehicle in and out before lunch. Great service
