i've been a customer at this business for a number of years. The service used to be exceptional although, as of late, she has a different vibe about her as well as has started selling knock off designer bags, which is fine... Until she starts texting all the time bothering you about a knock off bag. And this morning I just woke up to a random text about a bag from 11:42 PM last night. I'm not quite sure what's going on that I'll never return to that business again. #Harassmentofcustomers

Turned out so so good. I had threading and tinting done. I recently colored my hair darker and needed my brows to match. I asked for slightly lighter than my colored hair and she got it!

i called ahead asking for prices, she said threading a FULL face would be $15. I came in a few hours later and she didn’t ask what i wanted or anything and just started threading. it took around 2 minutes or even less, missed a LOT of hairs and then said it was $18 for JUST threading my brows. very unhappy with results + price :/

They took me as a walk-in, threaded, and tinted my eye brows in less than 15 minutes. And she did a wonderful job. Definitely will be back and would recommend to others. Put your big girl panties on tho and be prepared to say no, because she will try to sell you things. She was trying to sell makeup, jewlery, purses and wallets to me as well. I politely said "no thank you" and she dropped it. That's the only reason they got 4 stars and not 5.

Both the artist and receptionist were super sweet and it only took like two minutes !! Not super painful (first time getting threaded) I paid 18 dollars and would do it again :)

My experience is always a pleasant one. Threading my eyebrows is the least painful way to get it done. Piyra is quick, professional, and fun! She makes me feel like a sister, and I leave there feeling pretty. The cost is very reasonable, I keep it in my budget.

Such an incredibly pleasant experience! My eyebrows look great, I had a nice conversation with the lady doing them, and it was so quick and didn't cost much at all! If you're going a nice mall day and walk by it, treat yourself and go for it!

If I could give 0 stars I would.I took my girlfriend in here on sunday8-20-23She was 30min late to her own business and did a horrible job.One of here eye brows has angels the other is rounded, they don't even look the same at all!Now she has been crying because its going to take months for them to grow back.
