Stop by this location to pick up some snacks and use the restroom. Cindy helped us check out and she was awesome. The bathroom is clean. We found lots of cool snacks, even flavored crickets, that they call crickets. The neighborhood is a little sketchy but just make sure you lock your car when you go in to grab your snacks they have plenty of drink options and healthy snacks as well 10 out of 10 totally recommend this location thank you Cindy for a great experience

Last week I stopped here for the quick automatic car wash. You have to go inside because the car reader is broken. When I went through the wash, the car rolled forward a little before I realized it. As a result we were stuck in the wash cycle, the rollers spinning on the truck. The rinse cycle never came on and I had to drive out of the wash area with the truck still covered with soap. Went back in the store. Clerk said, I have to talk to my supervisor. No, he wouldn't give me my money back to redo. I bought another $9:00 ticket. This time I made it through the soap and rinse cycle, but the green light to move forward to the dryer never came on, so we left the wash still soaking wet. Sheesh. Never going back here again, for anything. Save your money for a place that works. Management doesn't care if you get your money's worth or not.

Usually pay at the pumps, as I usually do not carry cash. Had $60 on me lastnight, so decided to run in, grab a couple drinks, and put the rest on pump 11 where I was parked. The cashier was watching videos on his phone, the transaction seemed to have gone smooth, and I was waiting at the pump 5-10 minutes waiting for it to go active. Didn't want to go back in because I saw more customers showing up, just wanted to pump the fuel and go, pushed the button for the attendant several times with no responses at all. Finally went back in to see what was going on, and he said I told him pump 9, so instead of fixing the issue, his mistake, he wants to blame the customer, and play around on his phone and not take responsibility. He was an older man so it was surprising. Going to stick to paying at the pumps from now on.

As a ******************* employee I am required to gas up my State vehicle and have it washed before I return it to the caged yard. I paid for a car wash at the outside pump, but was directed inside to the cashier. I entered the building at Chevron's request and a Chevron employee asked me why I was not wearing a mask and I stated my strongly held religious beliefs prevent me from wearing one it is a sin to cover my face in front of God. The different nice cashier asked me what pump number and I gave it to her and she provided the inccorrect receipt which usually has the car wash code on it. I had selected and payed for it at the pump. The irrate employee that asked me about the mask told me to get off the private property and that he would only honor medical exemptions, but not religious and postured at me in a very aggresive attitudinal and threatening manner. I felt unsafe that he might physically harm me and so I left for personal safety reasons and entered the car wash lane to input my code when I discovered the receipt was for diesel gas not my regular unleaded State purchased gas. The receipt was not the correct one for the pump 1. I was not offered an accomodation for my religious beliefs to not veil my face in front of God, but was treated with disgust and verbally abused and felt unsafe from the employees physical threatening words and bodily posturing. The ******************* funds were expended for a car wash that I did not receive wasting tax dollars which is fraudulent.

Ok, so I go to this gas station a lot. However, today I tried to order from the Aztec Grill menu. I wanted to add the Chile Relleno +$1.50 as stated on the sign under fillings to my order. The staff person named Angela, tried to tell me that that was not possible, that she had never seen that on the sign and she had worked there for more than two years, that that is not what it means that the additions were for “the other category” though she could never stated what the “other” category was. It was ridiculous the length she was willing to go to to not give me what the sign clearly states is available.I have been a long standing Chevron customer for 30+ years, I have a Chevron card and road service. To be treated so poorly over $1.50, is so out of whack with what anyone would call good customer service.I am sorely disappointed in Chevron’s customer service at this moment. I hope I can find a place to complain on a general chevron website.

Premium prices should give us premium service. Why can't I get the receipt I need for business purposes at the pump? Why do I have to walk in the rain to the office to get it? I'm told the paper is jammed. So you're paid enough. Just maintain it!
