“We were on a trip visiting Humboldt (used to live in area) and got rear-ended losing our back window. It was close to closing time, and while S&H didn’t have the glass we needed, they still invited us down, helped us to get the glass vacuumed up as best as possible, applied a clear plastic sheet and taped it up - even giving me the roll of tape to go. They wouldn’t let me pay, and were so kind. We are very grateful! S&H - you helped us get home safe! Thank you!”

“I called and we discussed 2-front windows and windshield visor. He told me it would take 1.5 hours. I showed for my appointment and he told me he could only do the visor if we had time. I was confused because it was discussed and I figured he'd make time for it in the appointment. But then he didn't do it. When I went to check out he told me he only had me down for two windows. I told him we definitely discussed it and he wasn't even willing to push a half hour into his next appointment to help me while I'm still here even though I'm from out of town. Not the best customer service.I'm bummed to be leaving with the job not completely done and now I have to make another appointment. He offered for me to come back in the middle of the day, 5 hours later. Unfortunately, i have my day booked. BummerUpdate: They called me and offered to do the visor for free since the next customer was willing to push their appointment back.”

“Really nice guy. I came in for a small repair (broken sun visor). He showed me exactly what went wrong (whoever repaired the ceiling lining before didn't follow through with the job re-installing the visor). Rummaged through drawers and found a matching screw. He gave me the repair for free and said it was his "good deed of the day".”

“Mike and Dottie were awesome to work with! My wife and I were traveling in our Motor Coach .... Our front windshield was popping out. After numerous phone calls to no avail, I called and left a message stating our situation. Dottie called me back .... Great customer service! She put Mike on the phone and I explained our situation, he said that he would stop by later that day. Man of his word .... Mike did some repairs on the window to help assure that we could make our drive back to Palm Springs ..... Mike also wasn't willing to accept payment for what he did.
