I don't have much to say about the employees since I am shopping for the scents and sales, sometimes its awkward shopping with people staring at you but I guess that's there job, they do always ask if I need help and offer me a shopping bag and they seem pretty nice but overall I am obsessed with bath and body and the company really knows how to make the best lotions and fragrance mist ?❤

I was shopping with my two daughters when we overheard the manager trash talking about previous customers. I get this is a mall, but I would like to see more professionalism when customers are around.

Went in for some hand sanitizer. I got a good deal on the holiday sanitizer. It smells better that the plain one that usually smells like vodka. Employee was nice.

For the most part the staff here are always friendly and helpful. They go that extra mile to make sure you are assisted as little or as much as you want. For the most part I come to buy merchandise but the other day I felt like looking around and smelling the scents. The staff was totally helpful and not overbearing. I am glad to see that the store can pack in so much in a small amount of space and still manage to make everything look clean and orderly! I love the complimentary had sanitizer in the front and staff ready to greet me/us in the front ^_^. One of the main reasons I keep coming back.
