Any shoes is a great source for women whose feet hurt as they have many pairs of comfortable shoes. Also, they have sparkly shoes and sexy shoes and boots.

The woman who helped me was phenomenal! Attentive, helpful, made me feel like a person and not a potential sale. They had a large selection of quality brands. I will be returning when I need more shoes, and suggesting Annie's to all my friends and family.

Most favorite shoes are the Keen brand. Only shoe I've found with larger toe box. Went online to their site for another pair. Previously bought from Pacific Outfitters in Arcata. Even though I'm vaccinated still prefer not leaving my house/garden. Keen was out of stock not knowing when they'll return. As I was complaining to neighbor she then told me about Annie's. Phoned. Was told they had that needed model and best yet, my size. I asked if they could mail to me. These days that can be problematic.(Thanks to evil De Joy). Same neighbor goes to Eureka several times a week saying she'd pick them up. Then Annie said she would be in my neighborhood the next day so would drop them off. And, she did. Shoes fit. It's all good. Thanks.

My mother that is almost 70 yrs old broke her foot and I told her about Annies "bad mistake" . She got a pair of shoes that she thought would be good for her foot . She could not wear them . D.R said no . She tried to take them back and was very upset about the way she was treated so she just left the shoes there and limped out. So I don't even give them 1 star . Very rude to do to a 70 yr old lady . They were $170.00 pair of shoes .

I wanted to buy locally, even though I could find similar shoes for better prices online. Sadly, after visiting this store, I decided that I could get better customer service online. The salesperson at Annie's was rude and unhelpful. I won't be returning to this store again.

My experience at Annie's Shoes is also bad customer service. They seem to act like they are the best shoe store in the whole wide world and get offended when they are reminded they are not. Then act like you as a customer are not needed. Yes, shopping online is easier and return policies much better. Beware they do not refund any shoe that is on sale. No cash back, only exchange or in store credit. You must buy 5 or 6 shoes at whole $$$ price before you get a discount. Sale items are not counted. I will not shop there again. By the way I've bought about 7 pairs of shoes and when I asked about the 50% off they then told me sale items don't count. So still no discount yet because I bought on sale items. This place unfortunately may not be able to keep up with these bad reviews and poor customer service.

Great store. Solid, friendly, knowledgeable staff who actually know about their products. They have me as a loyal costumer after the experiences I've had there. Shopping local pays off at this place.
