Shafer's Ace Hardware is a locally owned community hardware store. The customer service is great, second to none, wonderful, very accommodating, and friendly. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and there is always someone available to answer questions. They take extra time to ensure customers are taken care of properly and even offer delivery. The store has everything needed from a hardware store and more, including paint, home and garden, camping supplies, and a great selection of outside cookers and grills. There are multiple locations with different inventories, so if something is not found at one, trying the other is recommended.
Very helpful people! I am always impressed with their knowledge and willingness to offer the assistance or information I need.

The customer service there is great. Mike helped me at the sporting goods area despite leaving just as i walked in. He took the extra time to make sure i was taken care of properly. Thank you Mike.
