Esparto Super Market is a great local store for the small town. It has been brought back to life by a new owner and is considered the best it has ever been. The store is recently remodeled and is clean. It offers a great selection and basically everything one needs day-to-day. This includes incredibly fresh meat and produce, with a butcher on-site. The meat section is decent and not too terribly expensive, and the deli is much better than the town has had in a long time. The beer and wine sections are well stocked. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is conveniently located and beats driving to Woodland. It accepts all forms of payment. A noted issue is that the store closes promptly at its scheduled time. Overall, it is a very glad addition to the community.
It's not a big market, but I only ran in to get Pepsi and chips.

I grew up in Esparto. Jack had a great local store. Next owner ruined it. This new owner has brought it back to life. Friendly staff, great selection for a small town store. Basically everything one needs is in it. 5 stars from a native of Esparto. Very glad new owner took it over.
