I took my daughter tonight to shop for some pants, We were greeted as soon as we walked in the store, the entire staff provided outstanding customer service. We compliments the associates how amazing their service was, they all said "we love what we do". Keep up the amazing customer service!

Horrifying customer service, only go here if you would like to be met with a Zumiez employee 1 second after you walk in and then proceed to listen to them begging you to buy something. The employees are way to pushy and persistent. I love this clothing brand, but the employees just made me want to leave without buying anything. If you wanna buy something from Zumiez, order online or go to a different store. I should also mention the store design is super cramped, designed for nosy employees to find you easily.

Not recommended. Weak customer service is an understatement. Go to vans or sun diego. Support a cool local skate shop. This place has bad mojo.

My boyfriend and I had a very great experience with Jordan at this Escondido location. She helped us the first time we came in then we went to walk around but ended up back there for the shoes we originally saw and to support someone, Jordan, who was so kind and willing to help. There was also a theft happening while we were there and she handled herself so well and made us feel safe. She makes me want to come back asap and deserves a raise! Hopefully next time we come we find that she is getting paid another pretty penny .

Watch out! They label prices incorrectly and then don't honor what it says. When I pointed it out, the employee said "That's our bad. Do you want to return them?"

Went to pick up an online order and despite the negative reviews the guy who helped me was nothing but friendly and helpful with my order. I was also greeted on my way out by the other staff. Five stars.

I brought in a shirt to exchange for something else. The guy I showed it to, said he wouldn't help me. I asked him why, he became hesitant, then chuckled and said that I probably stole it because there was a slight tear in the neck area. (Rip from EAS Tag is prolly what he is thinking) The guy grabbed my shirt from my hand and threw it on top of the clothing rounder. I got into a verbal match with him because I can't believe he treated me like that. I worked retail before in know LP and how it works. My cousin gave me a the the tank top as a gift for my birthday. After a week later, my cousin found the receipt. She didn't give me a receipt or gift receipt with it at first because she was embarrassed the shirt was clearance FINAL SALE, that's why it had a tear in it. This s****** employee needs to watch his mouth and not threaten people of stealing. Poor customer service and employee training. Plus I think I have seen employees/customers vaping on the premise.
