It’s ok. I’m wondering why the hours say 9-9 but they close at 8:15? I was going to buy school shoes for my kids. 2 pairs each for 3 kids. But I’ll head to the mall tomorrow instead. These staff members are making the company lose money. I’ve also seen people steal from here and staff doesn’t do anything.

Zero Stars! Closed Store Early!
I went in on 6/30/2024 the sign outside the door & google says they are open on Sunday’s from 9AM-9PM. It was 8:43PM & they said the store was closed I told them I only needed to return an item. The girl worker said her registers were down. It’s odd to me bcuz she didn’t say that right away she said it until I mentioned I was going to return.
You guys should be a little more professional. If your registers are down you should have a sign that says “registers are down” instead of having a sign that says you are open until 9PM but close the store @ 8:43PM. PLEASE MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. I will return the item I purchased & I will not recommend this store to anyone.

ZERO STARS 7/1/2024
I returned the item I purchased on 7/1/2024 I went right before noon they made it so difficult to return. The girl at the register said she was the only one in the store & could not process the return bcuz she needed her managers authorization. The manager had just gone on lunch. I asked her to please call someone that can help her authorize the return bcuz I was not going to come back a fourth time to return my item with my receipt when it should’ve been returned the second time I visited the store. I explained to her this was my 3rd time visiting the store. The cashier agreed with me when I told her about trying to return the item Sunday 6/30/2024 @ 8:43PM she said that’s weird they should’ve have returned it. I used to work retail you guys need to have more than one person at the store at all times for safety reasons. If you know that your policy states the returns require an authorization from a manager you should have a manager that is on the clock or someone who can authorize while the manger is on lunch. I don’t know what’s going on at that store but someone please go help them.

I Ordered shoes two weeks ago. Nothing came in the store. Cashier could not find my order in there system I asked for a full refund and cashier told me to call me customer service. And cashiers were not helpful they were to busy speaking personal stories than attending my situation. Very disrespectful!!! Not professional cashiers need to be trained with proper protocols. Also two more customers came to return shoes same time. I would absolutely not recommend to buy shoes and clothing here they have bad customer service!!! Girl that attended me was wearing a light blue shirt seem to be the manager or supervisor.

So awesome and so much selection. I think the prices are fair. It’s a lot like DSW! They have like purple and green tag sales also coupons come in the mail (maybe online?). Anyways, this place is underrated and a great option for shoes with all the brand names!
