I made an appt for my elderly mother to get a Covid booster. I received four reminders and got her there fifteen minutes early. After waiting 25 minutes they told her they couldn't take her right then because the computer hadn't informed them that she'd signed in. She doesn't understand computers. It upset her. She'd signed in but they had to wait for the computer to spit out a paper to let them know she was there! She's always walked in and gotten her Covid shots. They need a better system.

Pharmacy Review: I just had spine surgery and my physician is prescribing multiple meds which I'm aware there's a shortage for one in particular. To be proactive I called Walgreens locations to see who had it in stock so that my doctor could send it to the right pharmacy. I called three locations that were able to confirm that they were all on backorder. The 4th location I called, 111 W Washington Ave Escondido CA, refused to confirm if it was stock. I was told that the physician had to call and speak to the pharmacist directly. I told her that 3 other locations were able to confirm for me and asked to confirm one more time if they can confirm availability to which she said "Correct. The physician has to call the pharmacist and speak to him directly." I'm in an incredible amount of pain and still recovering from spine surgery. I was trying to be proactive so that my surgeon could send it to the pharmacy that had it in stock and to be told they couldn't confirm availability and the physician would have to call is beyond ridiculous. I wasn't asking to fill the medication, just if it was in stock. I'm floored at the lack customer service for this one inquiry.

Going to the computer is a pain in the ass they just loop you around and round and round. You never get your questions answered and then you get hung up on. Hate this system.

I love the pharmacy here, they are usually very nice and helpful. At least, the assistants. Today I went in to get my prescription and the pharmacist was there on the computer - no problem. But, she didn't greet me at all - again, no problem. The problem occurred when I was standing there for a total of 8 minutes, she never said a word to me, and instead of helping me she decided to A) make a phone call, B) unplug the phone cord from the phone and untangle it? Okay? All whilst NEVER even looking at me. Finally, the nice technician came back from emptying the trash I believe and helped me. Are pharmacists not allowed to approach the counters and help customers? Am I missing something? It was honestly very annoying and I never write negative reviews or complain about this type of thing since I am a young girl I don't really care to - but the lack of service from the pharmacist scared me due to the fact she is handling medication and seems to put no care into the customers. I feel like they should hire a pharmacist who actually does their job, at least greets customers and says "I'll be with you in a minute", and doesn't have such an entitled look and demeanor about her. It was very annoying and grossed me out if I'm being honest.

Well, this Walgreens is on Washington so that's your first cue that this place is not in the safest area of town. I got out of my vehicle to walk inside and I'm not kidding, around 7 pm there were two men in different cars who parked their vehicles at weird angles in the parking lot, had gotten out of their cars and were screaming at each other, threatening for the other to come fight. I guess this isn't really the store's fault, just something to be hyper aware of. Once inside, the employees were really nice and helped me print my photos. The store is well organized, brightly lit, and clean. Love that. Great job and hard work to the employees.

For the pharmacy dept. - I understand you probably deal with a lot of stupidity daily, but do you really think having an attitude with every customer helps that? I'm sitting here watch this lady at the counter confront each customer with a slick attitude.

I will not be back, no organization, rude people, totally incompetent way of filling prescriptions. I had called prior and still waited over 30 min to fill simple prescription and then they wouldn't honor the GoodRx price, total waste of time!

Was at Walgreens to get my COVID vaccine. They require you to sit and wait for 15 minutes to make sure you are okay after. I had to use the restroom, their staff did not let me. So my only option was to leave without waiting to ensure I was okay post vaccine. Clearly they don't care about people's safety and health.

Worst. Super slow for prescription. Over an hour for ointment after they said less than 30 minutes. The Vista location is much more efficient.

Had a great experience at this Walgreens today. We stopped by to pick up a prescription and were told that the provider had actually sent it to another Walgreens store. Since the other store's power was down, the Washington Walgreens offered to fill the prescription there. We got what we needed, everyone at the pharmacy counter was polite and helpful, and we would definitely return to this store.

Don't come here if you can fill your medicines elsewhere. Under staffing. Waited in line almost half hour for pick up med that called in day before. Zi was so rude, so impolite, Catherine was nice but she was too busy running between the counter and the window. I will not recommend this place.

Where do I begin? This by far has to be the worst customer service I've ever received at any drugstore anywhere. I walked in to the pharmacy give my prescriptions at the drop off counter, the man behind the counter looked at me with a terrible look on his face and said "it'll be a little while I would recommend waiting around" and then said to him I wasn't planning on waiting and that I will be back. Upon coming back I was told by the same man that he was unavailable to fill my prescriptions and that they would have to order them and it would take 2 to 3 weeks. I was shocked say the least. I asked for my prescriptions back and when I receive them back they had writing all over them so I wasn't able to take them to another pharmacy. I had to go back to my doctor explain to him what it happened and get new prescriptions. When I asked the pharmacist about this they were just as rude as he was offering no apology and no explanation When I said I wouldn't be coming back to Walgreens they laughed in my face and said Walgreens won't shut down because of you. Go somewhere else go to Costco go to Rite Aid CVS spend the extra money and avoid this terrible terrible customer service.

The WORST customer service ever within the span of maybe 15 minutes. How bad can you make a 10-25 minute experience? Came in for a passport picture and will never return. Michaela at the photo department helped me out but not a SINGLE WORD from her was said. Am I supposed to guess where to go and what to do? Plus, I had questions about additional services that were left unanswered.

Worst costumer service I've ever experienced!!! Today I went in to pick up my grandmothers medicine with the prescription on-hand just in case they needed it and just as I was about to pay for her cough syrup at the front cashier the "Hispanic fat lady with glasses" asked me for an ID to pay for the cough syrup, since I didn't have it with me she refused to let me pay for it even knowing it wasn't for me but for my 92 year old grandma!!!! Are you fkn kidding me !!!? This was prescribed by her doctor because she has bronchitis and can't go get it herself and they shouldn't ask me for s*** since it's not even my medication, it's not like I'm going to sell it somewhere else or fkn drug myself with it !!!(Anyways most of the time I don't even carry my purse with me, but s*** I should've had it with me today!!!) so continuing,,, I told the lady's at the pharmacy if I could pay it there instead since the Hispanic fat lady made a big deal out of it and SO I PAID FOR IT,, well next thing you know this stupid fat lady(cashier) calls the pharmacy assistant to tell her to NOT SELL the cough syrup to me because I didn't show her my ID!! I had already paid for it and they called the manager to make me return the syrup because I had no ID with me at that time! Like WTF!!! The system didn't say I had to have an ID when the pharmacist helped me pay for it there and now the stupid cashier is calling them to tell them not to sell it to me !! Wtf they all got on my nerves big time!! (except for the young lady pharmacist that helped me pay for the syrup).. I'm not someone that likes to leave bad reviews but this time they fkn crossed the line !!! That stupid Hispanic lady needs some fkn training and know what's her place at Walgreens, who the F*** is she to tell the pharmacists what they can sell or not to costumers! Are you kidding me!!? You're just a fkn cashier not a pharmacist to begin with!! I'm so mad about all this but just so you know I'm Hispanic as well and this has nothing to do with RACE, but that lady my own race just crossed the line! That stupid system also sucks, if they ask for ID every time people need cough syrup or flu medicine well if you don't have it then what, maybe you or your kids are going to get worst or die because the pharmacy refuses to sell it that stuff to you??? Like really!!! I know some people get medicine and misuse them but for gods sake THIS SYRUP IS for my 92 YEAR OLD grandma and was prescribed!!!!!
