Please be advised of the 2 ATM that are inside this bank. The one on the left ATM inside bank had a money jam during a deposit of cash transaction. DO NOT USE ATM inside on the Left side. Also Mgr is well aware they have a policy stating 10 days to get their cash back at this location. Please also be advised this happened to 5 other people at this location. It's just absurd to hold onto cash that long period of time and Nor do they try to give 2-4 business days a refund. PLEASE BE ADVISED. THIS is not helping those to deposit money and try to pay their bills om time. THIS is like grand theft.

Been with Wells Fargo for almost 40 years and in the last 10 years their online banking and on-site banking has gotten intolerable. Closed on Saturdays! The location is full of customers but no staff. They couldn't even handle a simple wire transfer correctly. They charged $30 and it didn't work. If I had a year I couldn't list all the failings of Wells Fargo.

Worst customer service I went in to open a bank account and one of the bankers was applying make up and said I had to make an appointment just to see her. She wasn't doing anything she could have helped me but it's okay I went to another bank who did open a bank account for me.

Have only visited this branch a handful of times but each time the wait to see a teller is unacceptable and this time the process of cashing my check was absolutely ridiculous. I think the lady was in the wrong account at first!

Slowest branch ever !!!!!!! I'm not over exaggerating. I have been in line for over 30 min. If you don't have time to wait in line, go to another branch. I have NEVER waited in line this long at a bank... ever !

Just one very unpleasant experience at this branch, the personal is very arrogant and now that Wells Fargo is setting so called rule about you having to register your self with your phone just wait is a very inconvenient for some people. For example what if you forgot your phone or you just don’t have a phone and they enforcing this added tools o make it more convenient it’s only making me think twice about having my money with them.

My 83 year old father went to get money from his account today. I understand all this covid and having lines. But my father has arthritis in his hips and has wires in his back. He told the person at the front door that he is disabled and can't stand that long. She told him to go to the back of the line. This is completely unacceptable for a senor that is disabled to be treated this way. It was close to 90 degrees outside and heaven forbid something media would have happened. These people should be ashamed how they responded to my father.
