Sindy is absolutely ridiculous to work with. Does not use common sense to help the process go smoothly. I would go to another location, I’ve worked with other notary’s that have the common sense to help the process go smoothly. What should have been 20 min tops took 40.

Totally not welcome, new person to open an account. Lack of support, everything is you do your own thing, which is not our business. This is the worst experience I have had in the US. Will definitely not go back to this branch.

Poor staffing levels, 1 teller for a full line of people isn’t acceptable…
