Bank here if you want to waste time. Their employees have minimal knowledge of banking services and have no problem cancelling appointments at the last minute.

The ATM ate my money and it has been hell to get anyone to do anything. I keep getting the run around. They are way too busy and nobody knows to get anything done. I am about to change banks over this situation. They seem friendly but when something out if the box happens look out just kissed hundreds if dollars down the drain. I have spoke to several people at this point and nobody can get it resolved .

Long line at 3 pm Tuesday, 6/1. Only two tellers at first, 2 more added after 20 minutes. Deposited cashier's check that won't be available until next morning. Masks reqd as well as social distancing. Don't go out if you tested positive for covid19 or feel sick. Only 4 stars as their interest rates are very small.

Hi my experience today was good, I did call to have an appointment with a banker and the female person who was helping looks like need customer service training, my call end at 1:38 pm.

There's a reason this branch has low ratings. Whoever was answering phones today, Wednesday evening has zero customer service skills. I arrive needing a temp card due to wellsfargo deactivating my debit card for apparent fraudulent activity. It deactivated prior to me receiving a replacement card so they told me to come to a branch for a temp card. I do that and noticed I need an appt so I call and tell her I need one to access my account. She says "oh you don't have an appointment?" In a condescending tone. Um no that's why I'm calling and I stated that... She proceeds to tell me they have no appts and can't help until next Tuesday or Wednesday! Has no advice but to call around to other branches which I do and was helped right away. This other branch told me if it's a temp card or replacement card it is done without an appt. this girl on the phone just wanted to be rude for no reason so I'll be avoiding this location unless absolutely necessary.

the truth we do not recommend coming to this bank the service is very bad and also with 10 minutes left to saw they no longer let anyone in, I honestly do not recommend coming to this very bad service bank

I usually come in about once a week for my store and do deposits and get change for the registers and always have a awesome experience with everyone that works there at that location. A very polite gentleman named Alex helped me that day and did my deposits and change. He made small talk with me during the deposits and then he started my making change for me. Bank was busy and he needed change from other tellers and he must have just over looked it but I just needed 100 in 5s but he gave me 500 instead. I was unfortunately on and off my phone so i didn't catch it and I noticed when I got to my store and went back to give it back to them. The next lady that helped asked me who it was and I told her I didn't remember just because I didn't want to get anyone in trouble but she seemed to know who cause then she asked if it was a man and I said yes and she went to him and talked and I didn't hear what they were saying but I did here him say that " I tried talking to her but she wouldn't answer me" now that's a lie. And she re counted the money and gave me my 100 dollars. Now I don't expect someone to thank me for doing the right thing but neither the gentleman nor the women that I talked to had thanked me for bring the extra money back or even just say they appreciated me for coming all the way back there and doing that.

Went to the branch to do a $500 transfer. Poof! Transferred money is now gone, unaccounted for. Called and Opened a fraud claim that's now pending. Banker on the phone confirmed that the funds really were missing. The error is probably due to the branch's incompetence. I doubt the teller stole the funds, but we will see... luckily I have some savings to use until I get my money refunded back to my account. Two stars because I've had a few decent experiences here. This latest though has a bad taste in my mouth.
