Everyone is really nice, and it is pretty clean inside. There are two drive through ATM lines and walk-up ATMs outside and inside. However, for some reason there is always a long line inside to see a live teller. Parking is never an issue, but the layout of the parking lot requires a little searching.

Busy as always on a Friday Afternoon but service is still prompt. The tellers are friendly and welcoming. I was able to get access to my money without any issues. Parking was a cinch. Be back soon.

Muy mal customer service, tube Una cita hoy 12:30 PM el banquero llegó 40 minutes mas tarde. Deje de trabajar para asistir a la cita y tener que esperar 40 minutes mas. La banquera Josefina no le dio importancia a mis nesecidades mucho menos le importo cuando comente que IVA buscar otro banco con mejor atención. I usually go to a different location for business banking also located in Escondido due to it being a little closer to my place of work. I was in the area and happened to stop by here for my weekly bank drop. Virginia was so friendly, helpful and delivered such exceptional customer service. Her personable attitude really made me change this location as my new go to, even if that means going a few minutes out of the way.

If I could say one thing about Wells Fargo is they haven't changed. About ten years ago I did all my banking with Wells Fargo. 3accounts two savings and a checking account. That changed when they would not provide myself with a copy of my account. It made the decision to leave Wells easy. Today I did realize why Wells Fargo has to be the worst bank ever. I had sold my car yesterday and having been in the car industry for the last12 years in management they taught us that not only is the customer always right. but regardless of looks you can never prejudge someone. Well I sold a vechicle to car Max and finishing the transaction,I walked the half mile to the wells on escondido blvd.well having been with Wells in the past I wasnt surprised that you need two forms of ID as I aproched the front door I saw say about six employees chit chatting and having ten minutes before they closed well when I approached the teller she was polite and as I was signing to he back she asked if I had an acct with them. When I explained my past with the bank she now changed her demeanor. She said that the check was a draft and must be deposited in the bank. I told her that I was never told that and she then said that she would talk to her manager. Having been at the teller for about ten minutes I had noticed the manager chatting on the phone. She got off the phone and looked a bit unhappy I had asked to see her because I had no way to get home. She said that she didn't have the ability to do anything because I didn't have an account (with them.) She then smirked and said that the person that she was going to get was now don't r and said sorry but they were closed but I could go three miles to El norte they were open till 7 pm. This manager was more interested in rejecting the form of payment that CarMax providedeould have a hold for at least two days but could be up to ten days. She was rude and condescending and kept speaking Spanish to her co workers and then said that I could open an account for fear I would cancel as soon as I cashed. In most all jobs I have had the last being Floor manager of tmecula Nissan. I could just flipped seeing a banking institition take a policy of discrimination with a smirk and cocky attitude. Nice centrally located bank here. 4 atms, two walk up and two drive up as options here. I rarely walk in to banks anymore, so I've only used the staff of tellers here once. Friendly and efficient as a bank teller should be. Overall this a a great bank due to its location near the city center.

This branch always well staffed. Even during peak times I'm usually in and out on 5 minutes max. Nice efficiency, and with Wells always a nice variety of products and services. Only complaint is quite a bit of turnover of employees, hard to develop a personal relationship with a specific banker.

Today I went into the branch location on N.Escondido Blvd, Escondido, ca to get items notorized, prior to arriving, I called to see if this this service was offered and informed the person who answered my call the type of documents I needed notorized and set up an appointment. When we arrived to our appointment, we were very coldly assisted by Lupita Montes who after reviewing the documents said that this was very time consuming for her and that we should have set up an appointment, when in fact I had done so and had mentioned the documents we needed notorized. She made myself, father and 2 of our witnesses feel very unwelcome. I am not sure what is needed, possibly better communication between the person who set up the appointment and herself, but it is not good customer service to make your customers feel as if you don't have time for their needs and mention this to your customers. This is not the customer service I had come to expect from Wells Fargo. **update** I just received a call from Wells Fargo customer service and they have apologized for this experience. Thank you Wells Fargo; now this is the service I have come to expect and why I bank here.

I was super impressed with how quick the line moved. I was in and out in only five minutes. The staff is friendly and definitely exceeded my expectations for the day.I have been a customer for four years.

The tellers look like they work in the red light district wearing skin tight jeans with stiletto heels and tons of makeup, the guys were in jeans also, with shirts out. The bank is noisy with more chit chat going on than business. I felt like I was in a low class bar scene. After patronizing this branch for 25 years, my request for a bank service was brushed off with "we don't do that anymore", no recommendation as to how I may be able to get my business accomplished and a "get lost" attitude. I am moving my account to an online bank where I will never have to be consistantly "pimped" to buy services I don't want or need by the teller again.
