Our apartments changed from Wash to Washtek about a year ago. Great customer service. If you report a machine out service, they come out the next business day.

Excellent company. Employees have excellent customer service. They always service the machines in a timely manner. Better than our previous company.

Dave Beguelin was totally unreasonable to deal with and very rude. I have experience with many other Laundry room servicers and this company has to be the worst. Will never use them again and I would look elsewhere if you are thinking about using them.
