Worst walmart I ever went to. Repeatedly, they are poorly stocked. Mostly due to product not being stocked tho it is there in the back.Always 1 or,2 cashiers & 12 empty lanes & 4 self checkouts. Now lines in self checkout!Very inept management.Yet on checkout line I asked the woman ahead of me to tell them I’m running to get a package of meat & be right back yet tho I wasn’t more than 2 minutes someone took my whole cart of items away! Apox on the woman ahead that could not tell the cashier to keep my cart!!!! This is the only one in reasonable distance to my home ?. It needs management of some intelligence- POWAY CA WALMART

These pharm TECHS are incompetent! I called my physician to move my prescription to this location. Two days later (Friday) I called the pharmacy to follow up on the status. They confirmed my info and explained they would contact me when the prescription is ready for pick up. Monday morning they called my phone to notify the prescription is ready. This afternoon I arrive, only to find they don't have the medication yet.. That they do have the syringes ready though. (The syringes are not made in house by hand..) why would anyone call me to come in just for syringes? I explained to this young tech to just contact people when the medication is ready.

It has been a good pharmacy. They text message me that my drugs are available. But this time I had to wait for the pharmacist, I waited 5 minutes and all she said was that could get done vaccinations. Which I didn't need, but that is an issue between me and my Doctor. She way over stepped her boundaries.

I have been coming to this location for years now, specifically for the convenience and service of the pharmacy here. Always friendly, efficient, above and beyond, you are taken care of here :-) Thanks to my friendly pharmacists and techs for always taking the time to answer my questions!!

The other day I stopped to pick up RX. I had experienced a draining day prior to that and was just feeling wiped out and kind of down. The pharmacy tech that helped me with my prescription was so nice and helpful that it was hard to feel low around him. He really lifted my spirits by just being who he was. I wish I'd gotten his name to thank him personally for being so nice and turning around my day probably without even realizing he had done so.
