I saw this old lady talking to a stocker and she dropped a package, instead of picking it up for her he just turned around and walked away. What a crappie attitude and customer service. This lady who saw it went to talk to the assistant manager and she just blew her off. I should have went over there and given her a piece of my mind but I figured writing this would be better. The ass manager needs to find a different job.

a good place to get groceries if you are looking for basic stuff, not a lot of options for diets

I just picked up an order from Walmart on the Fourth of July. The woman who helped me is so far beyond excellent; I cannot give a good enough review. God bless her. She appeared to be Caucasian with blonde hair in a bun, and she was wearing glasses. I hope that helps, and I hope she gets a recognition she deserves.

So I went to this Walmart before they closed and was waiting for my room mate who works at 7-11 near there to get off work so I could give her a ride home. This white SUV pulls up beside my car and a man starts yelling at me to get out of the parking lot because the store had closed. lI asked him who he was and he said he's the manager and starts yelling at me to get out of the parking lot because it's private property - who the hell does he think he is - the employees in this store are the saddest bunch of workers I've ever seen and now I know why - i know that sooner or later I'll have to shop there again but it's only going to be if I'm in a hurry. I could not believe the nerve of this rude a hole! At least now I know why the people that work at this Walmart are barely civil. Dear Walmart - why on earth would you put a man who thinks he's tough by yelling at a middle aged woman in a Hyndai ? When I tried to ignore him he threatened to call the cops ad I thought about staying just to piss the guy off but by that point I thought he was going to have a stroke so I left - it sucks that Walmart promotes IDIOTS like this man into management positions

Went into the market to pick up a few items , went to the only checker who had no lines , Bertha was the one who checked me out . The only thing she said to me was , do you need bags , I said I have one and laid it on the counter , she grabbed it , never filled it , what a lazy ass employee, why even ask if your not going to do your job !

I shop here occasionally for the location convenience and some prices however the employees here are the worst at customer service. Not a smile from anyone, never a reach out to customers to ask if they need help when they pass you in an aisle and don't even think about them helping you bag your groceries when you bring your own bag which would help move the long lines faster. The employees yell to each other from aisle to aisle with phrases like "hey!". Shopping here can ruin your day if you let it.... I just get in and get out ASAP.

Walmart does not accept Apple Pay so be aware of this before proceeding to shop. Aisles are organized so ambiance is good. Employees seem always bothered or try to not hear when being asked for help. Food quality appears well and it's in a convenient location.

I remember when this place opened as I worked in the now burned down building at the time in the same lot. Never went to this Walmart until the other day though. First of all I'm not even sure why it exists if I'm being honest. There's a Walmart across the street that literally has every product they carry here. Upon walking in I wanted a basket but was told they only have big carts. OK, but the store is tiny? Doesn't make any sense. When you enter there are a bunch of self checkouts and only a few cashier checkouts with belts. Not a fan of how crowded it was considering nothing was good about this Neighborhood Walmart. Staff members weren't friendly and we're ready to lecture you on your first time here. I seriously don't understand why anyone would shop here, the prices were not even good. Just go to Grocery Outlet down the street and you'll thank me later.

Ok so let's start with the good:Service-everyone I've interacted with here has been friendly and helpful, floor workers and pickup attendants alike. They are always polite and willing to help. That's not always what people expect when they go to Walmart so it's a nice surprise. Pickup-have had mostly good experiences with pickup and they always have my stuff in a timely manner. Out of the dozens of times I've been I've only had a wrong or expired item twice and was able to get it resolved. You really can't beat the convenience, especially when you have kids. Prices: always rock bottomGluten free selection: best and most affordable gluten free selection in town. Anything I don't get at Deanna's I get here and they consistently have everything I need in stock Ok and here's the bad:Location: I don't know if it's the city's fault or Walmart's but the parking lot is not safe. There is always some gnarly stuff going on among the transient population that camps out there. That's a problem all over central Esco but it's particularly bad here. I no longer go after dark or with my kids (except for grocery pickup.) Produce: not the best or freshest. All in all I will keep shopping here for convenience and customer service but I sincerely hope they the safety feedback into consideration and make this a place that families feel safe and comfortable shopping at all times.

The foods always rotten. Mainly fruit & deli items. My whole family got food poisoning. 8 year old woke up vomiting and we were all having heat flashes along with nausea. DONT buy anything "fresh" from here because it certainly is NOT fresh.

good luck getting anyone to answer the phone or talk to the delivery people if there is a problem. AND the delivery people can't contact the delivery driver if there is problem; probably because they use uber eats for the delivery drivers

Just shopped at this location. Walmart.com said the item I needed was X price (confirmed the store selected was this store). When I went to the store, the item was a different price. I asked to correct the price to what was online, on their website. The person wouldn't do it, stating "We don't price match to our website." Confirmed from Walmart corporate (via their number 1-800-WALMART) that that is Walmart's policy. This is called lying (saying something is one price, then charging something different for it). You have been warned.

Shorter lines and more parking than a normal Walmart! Prices are same and rock bottom.Service is so so but you can't complain about the location. You won't find all the usual things that you expect to see at a super center but the necessities are there.I found a drink that I hadn't had for years...
