This is literally the worst pharmacy ever. There’s always multiple people working and they are so SLOW. Both the drive through and going in are just absolutely ridiculous. I went inside and there was a line of people, I saw 4 — yes FOUR — people just filling medicine and ignoring the line. Finally ONE person came and helped. It was so ridiculous that people left. I desperately needed the medicine otherwise I would have to. I waited over 30 minutes.Do not come here. The workers are lazy.

Went to pick up my daughters meds. The doctor sent zarbees for her cough. The lady thru the drive thru said o no we don't have it I said not even in the store and she's like no you can check somewhere else. I got off the car and checked a whole role of zarbees medication over the counter for children . Talk about a lazy worker . So anyone out there that needs zarbees and gets told the said thing dont believe them they have alot of it in the store .

This is my second round with Walgreen and find it disgusting how much they are charging for medications compared to other pharmacies!!!over $600 for my meds but at savons was $84. Now I need my bloodthinner medications $264 but I got it at Costco for $16.97This is why insurance cost so much! Also staff is rude at this location, not the first time ..never going back!!

This location refused to do separate Chime bank deposits with a total of $800. I've not had an issue with other Walgreens doing this but they claimed it was a policy (it does not say that on my end). Sadly Walgreens is my bank. So I went to another Walgreens to deposit the rest, pretty stupid.

Parents be warned! I have never had such an awful experience at a pharmacy ever in my life. We had an appointment set for 10 o’clock today for a Covid vaccine for my son. We are from out of state because in our state it has been next to impossible to find this 2nd dose of vaccine for him. We decided to get it while visiting grandparents here in San Diego. When we got to the pharmacy, they were incredibly ill prepared. They were backed up with prescriptions, which I can understand on a busy day, but as other people walked up to the pharmacy, they kept missing peoples prescriptions, lying about when they were filled and giving people the wrong prescriptions. each person that went up to the pharmacy desk easily stood there for 20 minutes each. My young son and myself waited almost an hour to get his Covid vaccine. Finally, when the pharmacist came out to give him his vaccine, he was incredibly rough and gruff, Barely even saying hi. My son is not a difficult child by any stretch of the imagination. Like most children, he does not like getting shots, but this pharmacist was beyond awful with him, pulling and tugging on his arm and acting like my son was the biggest nuisance in the world. I have never had mama bear come out in me like I have had this morning. I’ve never seen such an awful medical professional. I had also scheduled to get a flu vaccine for him at that exact same time. It was even on the paperwork! Despite that, the pharmacist didn’t bring out the flu shot and acted like it was my fault that he had forgotten to get the flu shot. After how gruff the pharmacist was with my son, and how upset my son was over the experience with the first shot I said, screw it. I left as fast as I could.Avoid at all costs!!

Worst pharmacy ever! We get calls and text messages that our Prescriptions ready to pick up and when we go there we wait extra 30-45 mins and they end up saying “they are not ready, come back later”.Pharmacist Mina has a big mouth and awful attitude besides her Zero knowledge.

The pharmacy here is busy and the employees hustle. Made an appointment for the updated Covid booster online. Checked in and was out of there in 30 minutes including the wait time after injection. The pharmacist is a gem. So grateful to get the newest Covid vaccine!

This is for the Walgreens Pharmacy on East Valley and Rose in Escondido. They seldom "have enough" of my prescriptions in stock, causing me to make two trips for the same Rx. The lines are horrible, whether it's in the store or in the drive up. On more than one occasion I was told, after waiting for what seemed like an eternity for my turn, that their "system was down" and they wouldn't be able to process my transaction. Finally, today was it, time for a review. I received a text that my Rx was ready. I had kids and the dog in the car, and drove through the drive through. There was a plastic barrier in the first lane, with no sign on it. I parked in the parking lot and called the pharmacy and asked if their drive through was open. The girl who answered said yes, both lanes were open. I asked why there was a barrier in lane #1 and she said "Oh, that's from last night". I once again confirmed with her that both lanes were open and drove again up to the drive through. There were 2 papers taped to the window, one saying their, "System was down," and the second stating the drive through was closed due to, "Short staff." So, whoever answered the phone basically lied to me. I will be moving my prescriptions to a more organized, competent pharmacy.

April was really helpful!! I called ahead of time to make sure they have the item I was looking for, as well as confirm that the promotion, buy one get one free, they had online was available for in store. She went out of her way to check and confirm and even though the 2 item (for free) was not available she still helped me safe some money.Made my day!Thank you April!!

One of the worst pharmacies in town. No sense of urgency to help people. Showed up a couple hours after my prescription (which is one box - no pills to count out) was called in, waited in line for 30 minutes (3 total cars in drive thru) only to be told my prescription wasn't ready and wouldn't be ready for at least another hour. Send your prescriptions somewhere else.

I actually had a bad review to give because of what had happen to my prescription but Dave and rose from the pharmacy turn that negative in a positive. It was a lot of work but they went the extra mile and I appreciate that. I don't go to any of the other Walgreens in the area because of them and the deserve the recognition

UPDATE 4-5-2022:the Pharmacy hours have changed so they close at 5:30 now and they ONLY have the drive-thru open, you cannot walk inside anymore. Their drive thru is SO SLOW though...literally an hour plus long...and now the actual store, the entire store, has been closing by 3 PM because they don't have enough employees. I know this isn't their fault, but wow when I needed my medication and my family member's medication for Diabetes, we couldn't get it for an entire WEEK. This is dangerous. I do NOT recommend this store as you might legally DIE waiting to get your medications.-Accessibility: plenty of disabled parking along with other close parking, motion activated doors entering/exiting the building, and a drive thru pharmacy for prescriptions and COVID testing (current as of 8-8-2021).Needs/timing: This place has a 1 hour photo section, lots of household things you might need, and a pharmacy you can walk inside to or go through a drive thru. The drive thru is definitely slower because there is only one employee at one window that attends to both the COVID testing line and the prescription line so if I ever need to talk to the pharmacists I go inside unless I cannot walk. The restroom was closed to the public this week, as a warning in case you need to use it. You might have to go across the street to the ROSS..theirs is open.

Don't bother making appointments with the pharmacy for anything COVID-related. They operate on their own schedule. Went there months ago to get a kid tested. Made an appt, showed up early, and ended up sitting in the car in the drive-thru for the better part of an hour since the pharmacy decided it was lunch hour.Fast forward to today. Took the kids for their 2nd round of shots. Again, made appointments and showed up early. Pharmacy had decided to only handle patients via drive-thru, so no shots. I get it; they're understaffed due to COVID outages. But, like most, we're making appointments anywhere we can in-town, and this place is nearly a 30 minute drive. A phone call or email would be nice. Employee told me I would have to schedule another appointment. Lol. Yeah, lemme try for Strike 3. No thanks.
