Walgreens is having staffing shortages, you go to pick something up and are greeted by a sign saying the Pharmacy is closed because they don't have a pharmacist on staff, then get a call next day saying they will restock my medication if I don't come in that day. I was one day out of the hospital. They are rude and it is their way or the highway. I am picking the highway and will find a new Pharmacy.

It's a drug store, with a full service pharmacy. The pharmacy is where is have they most interactions. Let me tell tell you, they are a BUSY operation! And they are doing their best. Due to that, customer service lacks. If your insurance has a problem, the refill is or fill is canceled, or delayed: no call. The app is updated and it's super hard to get someone AT THE STORE, calls go to central Call center who have no idea. So pro tip - go inside, plan for 30-40 mins, and talk it out with them. And the pharmacist is on lunch for 30mins between 1p and 2p, so plan accordingly. This is a management issue, not supplying enough staff for this very busy location. The staff, very nice. And no one is intending to be rude or cause issue, they literally only have time to touch each script one time.. I also got my recent vaccines there. I wasn't sure what to expect. It was surprisingly great!! The appointment was exactly on time. The pharmacist explained everything to me, she was very clear, understood my allergic reactions and made sure I understood what the possible side effects. They really surprised me and went above and beyond for that service. The most important thing, is to have realistic expectations here. The interior of the store is well laid out, and in reality I visit the cosmetics section, which has a lovely drug store selection. So. Go here. But. Plan. Have extra time. Bring patience. And talk to the pharmacy in person.

DO. NOT. GET. PRESCRIPTIONS. FROM. HERE. They overcharge at a disgusting rate, and should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of customers. Tried to get meds filled- online every it said it should be around $30. Once it was filled, they said it would be over $500. We took the prescription literally across the street to Vons and got it for $37. If you value fair prices, go literally anywhere else.

Timy from the pharmacy department was extremely rude. I wanted my sons prescription to be transferred and did everything so it would get transferred. When on the phone she said ' they were really busy and couldn't answer my questions at the moment but I would get a call back" 4 hours later no call. I called back only to find out my son's inhaler wasn't added nor in my prescription. It is why I wanted to talk to Timy to ask and confirm. Never received a called back . I had to make the calls and just to be told they can't help. Why do we rely on pharmacies who do not care ?

I have a friend that works at Walgreens on West felicita avenue in Escondido the store manager talks down to my friend does it treated with respect yeah he met him being at have authority in at Walgreens but he also needs to treat his employees with respect and dignity which he does not he's an older gentleman with white hair either needs to lose his position and be demoted or fired

Worst Walgreens ever. Very unprofessional and I know customer service. Western Union closes at 8 but if your there at 4, you can't get money bc they already picked the drawer up. Like I never in my life met a place that didn't want to help people the way this Walgreens doesn't. Spend your money elsewhere.

Paid in cash and the cashier lady was putting every bill through the counterfeit machine including $1 bills! I get hundred dollar bills but 1s? Felt bad for the person behind me. Extremely slow and unprofessional service.

A pharmacy that makes it difficult to actually get pharmaceuticals. On two occasions, prescriptions were not ready for pickup even though messages were sent claiming they were. It also closes unexpectedly midday, which is not published. They’ll even close the window while you’re waiting in line!

I love this Wallgreens, everyone is very helpful and friendly. The pharmacy is works hard to make sure my medications are ready on time and they always answer any questions with a smile. It's a smaller store than most but I keep coming back because of how the employees treat me and of all the bargains I always discover.
