Terrible service. I make appoinment for Covid 19 vaccine. During appoinment proccess a day before, I made pre-checking process. They ask my insuarance name and never said wether accept my insuarance or not. The day of appoiment. We showed up, my wife and I, they said won't accept my insuarance. Why don't they tell me they don't accept my insurance at a pre-checking process. It waste my time. Seems they don't care customer service.

Went to pick up my daughters meds. The doctor sent zarbees for her cough. The lady thru the drive thru said o no we don't have it I said not even in the store and she's like no you can check somewhere else. I got off the car and checked a whole role of zarbees medication over the counter for children . Talk about a lazy worker . So anyone out there that needs zarbees and gets told the said thing dont believe them they have alot of it in the store .

This location refused to do separate Chime bank deposits with a total of $800. I've not had an issue with other Walgreens doing this but they claimed it was a policy (it does not say that on my end). Sadly Walgreens is my bank. So I went to another Walgreens to deposit the rest, pretty stupid.

The pharmacy here is busy and the employees hustle. Made an appointment for the updated Covid booster online. Checked in and was out of there in 30 minutes including the wait time after injection. The pharmacist is a gem. So grateful to get the newest Covid vaccine!

This is for the Walgreens Pharmacy on East Valley and Rose in Escondido. They seldom "have enough" of my prescriptions in stock, causing me to make two trips for the same Rx. The lines are horrible, whether it's in the store or in the drive up. On more than one occasion I was told, after waiting for what seemed like an eternity for my turn, that their "system was down" and they wouldn't be able to process my transaction. Finally, today was it, time for a review. I received a text that my Rx was ready. I had kids and the dog in the car, and drove through the drive through. There was a plastic barrier in the first lane, with no sign on it. I parked in the parking lot and called the pharmacy and asked if their drive through was open. The girl who answered said yes, both lanes were open. I asked why there was a barrier in lane #1 and she said "Oh, that's from last night". I once again confirmed with her that both lanes were open and drove again up to the drive through. There were 2 papers taped to the window, one saying their, "System was down," and the second stating the drive through was closed due to, "Short staff." So, whoever answered the phone basically lied to me. I will be moving my prescriptions to a more organized, competent pharmacy.

One of the worst pharmacies in town. No sense of urgency to help people. Showed up a couple hours after my prescription (which is one box - no pills to count out) was called in, waited in line for 30 minutes (3 total cars in drive thru) only to be told my prescription wasn't ready and wouldn't be ready for at least another hour. Send your prescriptions somewhere else.

I actually had a bad review to give because of what had happen to my prescription but Dave and rose from the pharmacy turn that negative in a positive. It was a lot of work but they went the extra mile and I appreciate that. I don't go to any of the other Walgreens in the area because of them and the deserve the recognition

Very unhappy with Walgreens pharmacy. Appointment was made online for 7pm (in which i showed up an hour earlier expecting to wait) just to show up and be told by the site supervisor that they closed early due to staffing. Which I can understand, but no communication to your customers via email or phone to cancel or reschedule the appointment? Where was RX manager Gary to manage this? Understandably times are rough due to Covid but how do you just close down a corporate business , decide to close for the day with no acknowledgement to your customers who scheduled an appointment WAY in advance. No accountability or empathy from the site manager either, she kept repeating "it's not my department" "i don't work in that area" which is not what an angry customer wants to hear. Maybe a " my apologizes for the inconvenience" would have deescalated the moment. From the looks of the most current reviews, this seems like a current issue that the management team there is failing to address. Not good service or business being conducted. I will gladly look elsewhere for business.

Dont come here. Pharmacy is severely understaffed all the time. Dont bother making an appointment for the pharmacy either. Came in with an appointment when it was not busy and still waited AN HOUR to be seen, the pharmacist Gary said he does not even bother to check to see if there are appointments scheduled and dorsnt bother to see that a patient is checked in and waiting. This has happened multiple times at this location. Thanks for wasting an hour of my life, Gary. An hour i will never get back!

Horrible people. I had an appointment at 2:15 for a covid test and they couldn't be bothered to come back to work until 2:30. Even though their lunch break is only until 2. What was the point of the appointment? They wouldn't even apologize and were flat out rude to me about it.

This Walgreens is pretty bad with regards to the pharmacy. Even though you can make an appointment for the COVID shot, the wait time is TERRIBLE. The regular pick up for meds and the COVID shot are all one line so it gets pretty long. In addition, the lady pharmacist that was giving the shot was questioning my husband saying she didn't think my husband had the health conditions he said he had and didn't think he needed the shot. Get your shot elsewhere. Don't. Come. Here.

This morning I made an appointment online for a Covid-19 booster. Filled out all paperwork. Got a call a couple hours later telling me they're closed today and I can come anytime during the week without an appointment. Not sure what they mean by closed,as the store is open. No one to give the vax? Understaffed? Tomorrow I will go in and try to get the booster.
