The worst purchase I have ever made, they were not professional at all, they did not even ask me what tires I wanted and they put some used tires that are not even, I told the person who assisted me that I wanted new tires and his response was those used ones are good, I gave you 2 months of warranty didn't even give me an invoice

Very rude person at the front desk. Seemed argumentative, I was trying to figure out prices and if I needed to set a appointment for a tire alignment and he just kept telling me, how he couldn’t get me in today, by the End of the conversation, he was pretty much walking away and didn’t even give a chance if I wanted to set a appointment, horrible experience.

Wow..Went to Vista Tire off Fifth St.Escondido and talk to Carlos..My brakes where the worst..He gave me a quote and I left the car..Next day done and picked up the car..Fantastic..He is very knowledgeable and had no problem..Highly recommend Vista Tire and they have another place in Vista..Thanks Carlos and Vista Tire..?

not great service, first was told it would not make a difference getting my tires rotated bc they weren’t all the same brand tire. then when I said I wanted to do it anyway, dude said it’d be a 4 hour wait and there was only one other person there. ended up going to the one in Vista and they were super busy and somehow still got me out in an hour and a half

I was very hesitant at first. Seen them for years. I needed an alignment on my lifted 4x4 truck.. They were very knowledgeable, I asked questions that I knew the answers to. And they had all the right answers. Very freindly, great work, didn't waste time. And their prices are fair and inline with others. And they didnt add lots of fees to bring up the price. I will go back..

I needed a flat repair done before embarking on a 800 mile business trip the next morning at 3am. I arrived at the shop around 4pm. The technician was friendly and immediately went to work repairing the tire. The job was done quickly. However, I drove back home, packed and had a 7:00pm meeting to attend to that evening which required a short freeway drive. As soon as the vehicle approached 50+ mph, my car began violently shaking. Really? The technician did not rebalance the tire after the repair or insured tire realignment to its original balanced location on the rim? Unfortunately, this ruined my chance of early travel to "beat" the morning SoCal rush hour traffic! Plus, I will now be late for my out of state appointment because the tire shop does not open until till 8:30am in order to have the tire rebalanced. Thoroughly frustrated to say the least.

Unprofessional! Called day before and scheduled the appointment at 3pm since they "were busy before and after" yeah sure.. I drove 25 minutes showed up 2:50 it was closed, waited until 3:20 no one showed up, called them 3 times no answer at all. Very unprofessional customer service, wish I could tell more about their work but everything i saw was closed door and someone sleeping on the side of the shop.

Daniel is a great employee the owner doesn’t care about customers he doesn’t have AC at front desk bathroom doesn’t have light is not the employees responsibility to fix or install this things also owner needs to update webpage it says open today and it’s been couple Sundays that is close.
