Had a bolt in my tire and every other tire place was charging an arm and a leg to replace the tire. Was recommended Vista Tire Experts by another tire company after they didn't have my tire size. Vista Tire Experts did a tremendous job, replaced three of my tires and got me and my S.O other back on the road. Amazing hospitality, great people. Going back again soon to get tires in my S.O's vehicle too!!

I'm super annoyed right now. I had to bring my truck in for it to get alignment again because it was still pulling to the side after they had just rotated and aligned it a couple weeks ago. It's such a waste of time since I spent close to two hours waiting for it the first time. It's plain BS!

This Vista Shop is the worst ever to deal with. Especially this guy called Carlos. Since Saturday he has been lying to me about sending a set of tires to his branch close by and never did. He had me go to the branch two times before in vain. He said he will call me and kept me waiting for his call forever. He wasted my time and affected my business. And when i called to complain, he hung up on me. Let me tell you one thing, you are not respectful nor professional, you lack of communication skills and you shouldn't answer the phone if you don't know how to deal with customers. I will give zero star and won't recommend your shop or your business to anyone. Let me see if you care now but people like you don't care about other people's business.

I unexpectedly got a flat tire and was super stressed out because I had somewhere to be... and as embarrassing it is to admit I was unable to get the spare on. Thankfully I just happened to be around the corner from Vista Tires. I slowly drove over and met a Mario who was in the middle of working on another car. I explained my situation and asked if he could help me put the spare on. Even though he was busy he didn't hesitate to come take a look at my car. In between jobs he got my spare down from underneath my car and after inspection of the spare was concerned how the spare looked very dry and not safe. He offered me a fair price for a good used tire and I was out and on my way to my destination in a very timely manner. It's nice to know good company's like this still exists. I will definitely bring my cars back here for tire service! Thank you Mario!
