If you know what you’re looking for and take your time it’s a win-win. I’ve found designer things with tags still on … and half price. You just need patience and a good eye!

One of the BEST thrift stores anywhere, and I visit a lot of thrifts! No customer service to speak of, but they"ll help you if they can. It's not Nordy's, people, so don't expect too much! Prices are high, but so many treasures and so much stuff! Very crowded with long lines, don't be in a hurry!
