This is the absolute best storage place I’ve ever had. It was so good I got another locker. The service here is top notch. They value their customers and treat them like family. Thank you for everything. I highly recommend coming here for your storage needs. There’s none better.

Pretty straight forward but I asked where the stairs are located as a safety precaution incase of fires that would prevent the use of elevator. Kept getting told stairs are not allowed for use by any means. Guess we'll just burn alive or get stuck in an elevator.

I would like to say that I absolutely love this storage company. I've had two different units with them in the past 4 years. They are amazing and helpful. The units are always clean. It's easy access & it's secure. I feel completely safe with my stuff here! I have only one complaint Helen is so rude! She cuts you off mid conversation and quickly ends the call. It feels as she honestly doesn't care about the company's customers. But besides that if you're looking for an affordable and secure storage company. This is the one to call. Everyone else is amazing!!! Thank you!

Valley Rose Self Storage is a nice ace to have. Workers are very friendly and very helpful. The place is very clean and smells good . Thank you Jose, good job?. While your storing your property , you will hear a music and I love the music they're playing.Pam is a person that help me in the beginning and she's ? awesome. Joann is nice too. I recommend if you guys are looking for a storage go and see the Valley Rose Self Storage.

YOU ABSOLUTELY MOST CERTAINLY CAN!
I was so lucky to find this place and especially blessed to have known Mary. Through her contagious zest for life (and all things Nahlens), I have connected with her staff and her spirit is still very strong here. She is definitely missed and there is no one like her.
I've been a customer here for a few years and I highly recommend Valley Rose Storage. They provide great customer service and they really care about us (and our junk ?).
If you are looking for a clean, secure and friendly facility, just go to Valley Rose Storage. And you'll probably add a few new friends to your life??
