I took my 2002 Chey Trailblazer out for a spin Sunday. When backing out of a parking slot in the parking area of a 7-11 store, the gear shifting got stuck. I could not figure out in which gear it was. Called for a towing service. The towing driver was really knowledgeable and was able to assist me in getting the SUV shifted into drive gear and got to USA Complete Auto Repair.
I went to the shop early morning on the very next day and described the problem to the boss, Van. Van originally thought it might need a new shifting cable. He went extra mile to get it repaired without replacing the cable when getting onto it and saved me a fortune. I highly recommend USA Complete Auto Repair and Smog.

This place is no good! I took my Infiniti in for a small repair which was to replace a bearing, I paid over 1k and 4 months later I got the same sound. They only offered a discount and as a mobile mechanic legally it should've been 12 months or 12,000 Mile warranty

I had a quote from Evans tire to replace 2) upper ball joints & 2)outer tie rod ends quote $1200 Van saw quote and laughed and said $700 of course Van did the work and again I couldn't be happier.

Very unfortunate experience today, brought my 2006 Lexus GS 300 for spark plugs. Started off great, got the car back in 2 hours and my lower radiator hose attached to the thermostat housing was completely unplugged. Noticed a huge pool of coolant after when I got home on the ground, I had asked out of curiosity as a college student how to tell if a head gasket is blown. These guys really thought that they could unplug a hose and get a head gasket repair out of me the next time. that is so far away from the initial repair location where the coil and plugs are. Completely unacceptable, should have waited for my original mechanic herzog automotive right next door to this place. Lesson learned, be patient and wait for your trusted mechanic. very disappointed and will not be back, it's as if my curiosity have them ideas.
