1/05/2024 welcoming in the new year us bank escondido pkwy in escondido ca answered my call bc there was fraud on my acct , lady in the fraud dept apparently hates her job ! zero help and the fraud was done through dpss and us national bank obvi someones partying without us so with that being said give our money back you corporate thieves... you keep track of the money being paid out on ppl acct and then wtvr worm you have as an employee is thieving on our accts .... begins w dpss employee knowing a bank employee and boom our money is gone ! allllll gone .... not a good look i hope this gets out to each and every person this has happened too and you thieves are caught !!!

Terrible customer service. Branch manager Brian Nichols was very unprofessional. I will never go to this branch again. Not surprised to read other terrible reviews about him

Worst and most complicated process for obtaining a loan. I would constantly upload documents and they would disappear. Then I would get nasty e mails stating the loan process would be shut down due to noncompliance. After three weeks of back and forth we decided not to do business with US Bank .

Unbelievable stopped early in the morning to use the ATM machine and it took my card like normal but as soon as it sucked the card in, the screen changed to show a message saying "This machine is out of order" and won't give me my card back - your customer service phone# was horrible but after 10 minutes of frustrating interaction with your answering system, I finally got through to a woman who said in a nut shell "too bad... your card is gone and you'll have to get a new one when the bank opens - so here I sit with no Card, no cash and no way to get gas so that I can go to work - unbelievable - this is like a nightmare - run away from this bank!!!!!!!

Please choose another financial institution when considering a choice. I would even suggest Wells Fargo over this bank because at least they somewhat care about their patrons. I made my first deposit by check into this account on Tuesday the 25th. I have been advised by 4 people including an in-branch teller and the incompetent Manager Brian Nichols that there was a 7 day hold on my deposit. Brian stated the hold would be removed at 12:00am on the 3rd and the funds would be available this morning. When I called the toll free number today, and spoke with Earl operator 4885 I was informed it was a now 10 day hold that will expire at 12:00am tonight. The hold CAN be removed by the manager or another department and they've chosen not to do so despite having confirmed to me that they've RECEIVED the funds on 1/28/2022. If you want no compassion, and a bunch of pretentious people that toy with your money US Bank is your best option! I really wish Yelp allowed a 0 rating because they're not worth the 1 shining star I have to bestow them! #worstinclass

I had the worst customer service or should I say NO service at all. 3 ladies behind the counter laughing and looking at a video on a cell phone. I asked several times if I could make a deposit and not one of them look at me.. This branch is extremely unprofessional and don't value their customers. They need new staff that care about their customers.

Came into the branch very frustrated with my home purchase, my very annoying lender kept asking for statements I have sent and other banking info etc... Brian the bank manager helped me out and even spoke to my lender and provided all the information I needed and even took the time to scan and email the paperwork! I am so thankful that he was vertical considerate and went above and beyond to help me it is very greatly appreciated! Thank you for your help Brian!
